Do not order from the app to pickup your order. Its 50/50 when it will be ready, and if it will be right. Last time I waited for 15 minutes only to find out my order never went through, at least they refunded me.

This is not the first time probably the fifth time we’ve been in there, and each time it gets worse and worse. This time we ordered onion rings, and they were on edible we brought them home and they were completely burnt in the bag. The burgers were nothing but a sloppy mess. And I also want to point out that why I was standing there waiting for her to go order. I saw the girl drop the fries and she just picked them up. Put them back in the bag and put them on a tray for a customer I will never go back to this Culver’s again. I will travel to another city before I travel to the one in Northport.

This location is rough. I’ve been here a few times now and it’s probably just a business with absentee ownership. I’ve dined here a few times now, multiple employees with AirPods in their ears, including kitchen workers and even the person up front taking my order. A bit unprofessional. Tonight’s manager seemed overwhelmed and the crew seemed to not care at all.My guess is that this location turns a profit regardless of how poorly it is run, but I think staffing wise and leadership wise it needs a revamp.Tonight I waited 19 minutes from the time I ordered till the food was brought to my table. I’ve been in the QSR business for a long time, this team is in desperate need of better help.Beautiful building and great location, but with absentee owners and poor management, this was a rough visit.

Usually the folks are really friendly. Not the case at this Nort Port location. Our food was good but when we ordered a couple of cups of yogurt the lady handed me a number and said they would bring it out. They never arrived. I returned to the counter and about a half dozen employees were standing there. I asked one of them for my yogurt and received a rather meager portion.
