We have been to this Jersey Mikes several times. It takes forever. Every single time. Tonight I ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes or more for it to be done. There was a very long line and a lady walked out past me and said she had been in line for over 20 minutes. There was at least 8-9 employees working so it was extremely chaotic. They need better management to oversee their employees. They seemed very confused for obvious reasons. I have decided that I will not go back.

order subs on line,got there 20mins&they said it wasn't ready ,waited another 20 mins&asked again&they said they never got the order but 1 sub was ready,so it took them another 15 min to make the second sub.now the first sub is cold (when it was supposed to be a hot sub).the remade sub was mad very sloppy.never apologized for any of this mishap

If you like service with an attitude stop in. I ordered 2 subs. Turkey and American cheese. And a Italian with extra meat.. I had to remind the girl twice not to put provolone on the turkey . And she still started to put provolone on it. I guessed I made her mad. She took off the cheese and tossed it . Then started my Italian. I was hesitant to say something. She was obviously in a bad mood. But it another 3+ to put extra meat on. So I said is that extra meat She stops an says this Half is,I'll ad extra pepperoni. As you can see I didn't get extra in the photo. If I even got the regular amount. So I just shut up and took my food. I even tipped so I wasn't being a jerk. Then she yells out I'm off the slicer and walked off. Sorry I asked to get what I ordered. Guess I'll go to wawa.
