I ordered an 8 piece bucket with an extra side and paid extra to upgrade my chicken to 4 breasts and 4 drumsticks. When I was handed my meal. I took it to my car and realized that my extra side was missing. When I went back inside to inquire about them, the cashier told me I TOOK the wrong order. After more than 10 minutes I was informed we ran out of original but we have extra crispy is that ok. Didnt even say it will be.... before original is ready. Also the drink had no flavor & they said ok, never told me it was fixed. Not busy at all. Plenty of help I guy walking around with a headset the entire time. UPDATE; 30 MIN LATER STOLL TELL CUSTOMERS NO ORIGINAL

This is a good fast food place. The employees were very nice and at least 3 of them asked if they could help us while we were standing at the counter ordering and waiting for our food. And very nice when they were doing it!!! The chicken was great! With all the not so nice employees at other fast food restaurants that I've seen over the past few years, it's nice to be treated with friendly service! Congratulations to the management!!!
