Randy at the North Port location was completely awesome. The website wasnt processing my reward nor was the app. Neither way would work but the manager Randy was willing to help me out and take care of the problem in his own way. I will definitely keep using this location even if only for aolid customer service!This is the 2nd time the app/website has screwed up but the first time I mentioned it and he was on top of it.

Worst pizza I think I’ve ever had. Very little sauce on the pie. The sausage was spread on the outside of the pie. The inions were almost non-existent. The dough was heavy and not good. Pie seemed “old” by the time I got it home and I picked it up on time and was home within 10 minutes.

Order basic pizza whatever!! But under special instructions, I said tell me your funniest joke ! Pizza Hut did not let me down !
This is a delivery/take out location only. It's currently being renovated so it appears like they aren't even operating. They were very understaffed and I kind of felt sorry for the woman running the place. The pizza was Pizza Hut delicious so great job under those circumstances.

First PIZZA HUT pizza in about a year and a half. It was excellent. Pan style... was cooked perfectly and still piping hot when I got home. Cinnabon Mini's were perfect addition.

I love mushrooms on my pizza and my guy accommodated me quite well.i had a personal pan smothered in mushrooms and the pizza was cooked and hot..He was very upbeat and nice.. Id go back in a heartbeat!Kathy Lew
I ordered pepperoni lovers pizza with extra cheese they sent me a regular pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. It was undercooked. The breadsticks were cold and stale. I ordered garlic sauce and they were out. This has happened last 2 times i have ordered from them.

I placed an order online waited an hour. Got a call that my order was voided and had to get payment again which I gave. Almost 2 hours after my original order delivery arrived and after the delivery driver left I got a call from the store stating that they needed the tip info again to make sure it went to the driver (which I couldn't believe) , and said we took $10 off your order. Food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting forever. Will not order from here again.

Seems as if Pizza Hut must Micromanage every slice of pepperoni.. if I order a Pepperoni Lovers pizza I expect more than 10 slices of pepperoni on a large pizza ? ... skimmping on toppings is PETTY !!
