I occasionally do doordash and had never been in this subway until today when I got an order for here. When I walked in the guy was complaining about how doordashers get their too quickly. I don't control when the app sends me orders, doordash does.From other reviews it seems like the workers like to complain and argue with people.I was willing to wait for the food had it not been made yet, I do know how to be a patient person.

Called me a liar the last time I was there. Their prices keep going up for the same item. Talking and laughing over all the exposed food while they are making the sandwich. I'll never go there again. They can get their money to pay for the millionaires in their commercials from somewhere else.

Young, arrogant j*** walked out of the storage room and said, “How many subs?” I told him I’d like a wrap. He said nothing while throwing together my order, seemingly disgusted with his job and me. I could not believe I tipped him (out of habit) and now want my $1.15 back.So I got a wrap for $10 which I could have easily made myself for $3 and dodged this surely j**** I only went there for convenience but will not make that mistake again. Bye Subway on Toledo Blade. Never again.Franchisees need to wake up to the damage kids with terrible attitudes do to their businesses.

Worst costumer service ever!!! I went inside but order through the app because only online they have the coupons. But the guy inside was very rude because he knew I was the one placing the order. He almost didn't want to make the order. He DIDN'T STOP SAYING how bad is to use the app instead of ordering there. Bottom point of is that we actually understood that he is racist and was arguing about everything. The store was empty by the time he finished, so he wasn't even rush, and it was only 9:00 am can't imagine him later during the rest of the day. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

As a multi business owner I can say that Conner has a great work ethic. I showed up right at closing and wasn’t obligated to be served and he didn’t hesitate to take my order. I hope management can see what a great worker they have and hope he is compensated accordingly!

The manager has the worst attitude very very nasty and very rude from the start of making the order he had a attitude and was throwing the meat back in the container with issues after asking to toast. I won't ever be back there. And I would Dvise others as well.
