Waited over 30 minutes to pick up order that was done on the app 15 minutes before I got there. 6 inexperienced workers working and one manager who instead of jumping in and helping her employees with some form of training did her best to stay out of sight and watch the train wreck happen. If you are going to have orders that can be made on your app then be ready to serve them when people arrive to pick the orders up. Good Lord, it’s 2024, this isn’t a new concept. LFG DD.

Ordered on the app, got there 10 min after order was placed and was told my order wasn't finished and to wait by the Baskin Robin Ice Cream Freezer. Waited and watched many people come in, order and leave. After another 20 min I went back up to the counter. Order had been finished and was ready when I got there according to the employee. 6 very inexperienced employees and one manager working. Manager was more worried about hiding from the aggravated customers then helping her people. If you are going to make store app ordering a thing at your location, educate your people who are working to know how it is supposed to work. Complete sh!t show!!!!!

Best Dunkin I ever been to. We stayed across the street for a week so we stopped in here each morning. The orders were filled very quick. It was not packed. The people that worked here were super nice and all said hello when you walked in and said thank you leaving. Food and drink orders were all correct and no issues at all. Great job. I highly recommend this location.

Attempted to get some donuts at the store on North Reddington and was berated by the employee.That wasn't how the drive thu works. I explained to him that I didn't see the other ordering the station and I left without any donuts. I read the reviews and after reading them. Understand why I was treated this way at this store. The employees are rude and then when I called to complain to the manager that employee said he was the manager. I called corporate and now I will never visit that store again.

Poor service, ordered my coffee and got in the waiting line. Everyone’s coffee got served but mine. I asked the employee if I could get my coffee order please, he said yeah sure, processed to make me an incorrect drink from what I ordered. I was so pissed, I threw my coffee in the trash and walked out the door. This not a busy rush either. Maybe 4 people in there at most.

Everything on my order was made incorrectly. They completely forgot about two of our drinks and then argued with us about what we ordered even though I had the receipt for proof of purchase. They then ran out of syrup for one of the drinks and substituted it without even asking us what flavor we wanted and made the coffee taste terrible. They also burnt my bagel minis.. :(

This place is pitiful especially to be on the beach! As I’m in line trying to get my phone to work for apple pay, “she says” I’m sorry but were being timed. I’ve never heard and felt rushed At dunkin before because normally there always slow! The employee was named “Daniyah”. Whoever is the manager here please check your employees! Especially when the drinks are always awful.

The days of betting dollars to doughnuts is past! Three donuts, $7! Basic doughnuts too, two glazed, one strawberry icing. I was in shock. That's it.

I can't stand when people hate their jobs yet work in the food industry! If you're that unhappy, find something else! Snippy, rude girl and absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service... make the drive and choose another location!!!! TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!

The managers Michelle is beyond rude and seems like a very unpleasant person. When I got home and told my wife how rude she was , my wife told me that her business partner had a horrible experience with her too. We are natives and feel like this store needs to hire a different manager. The employees were very helpful tho.

Much cleaner and friendlier staff than any other Dunkin donuts I've found in the area but still burnt my food like every other location.

?DONT EAT HERE!?THEY HAVE Flies / bugs In the donut case!!!!I told the lady you have flies in your donut case. She nonchalantly said yeah we’re trying to get rid of of them as she picks a donut up with flies on it.

Karizma and Brandon were both working when I stopped in to get an iced coffee. They were both professional, very efficient and the store was nice and clean.

The manager, Heather, is horrible at customer service. Christmas day they were packed and I did a mobile order. Sitting at the drive through speaker while waiting patiently for them to be ready to take my order, my daughter kept complaining about having to use the restroom. I told her to relax it's christmas they probably have one person on staff (this location is always short staffed, typically 2 employees every time i go which is often because my parents live next door) Heather then decided to take over the speaker from the original gentleman who said he'd be right with us, and stated in a very cocky attitude stating "our lobby is full we have a line full of people have patience." i just said ok and pulled up to the window after telling them my mobile order name. I asked the gentleman at the window if the woman who spoke over the speaker happened to be a manager or something with the way she felt she could speak to me, he said yes, heather. I asked for her to come to the window in which she did and asked her why all the attitude which her response was "you sounded very angry and impatient" (mind you, i was speaking to my antsy 10 year old NOT the speaker) i told her that i couldn't believe a manager would speak to a customer like that and she needs additional training, she said "ITS CHRISTMAS!" and rolled her eyes and walked away. I will be calling corporate as my 10 year old assumed this was all because of HER. Way to go Heather!
