Discovered this hidden gem in North Reddington Beach ON the beach! Great healthy menu options at an affordable price. The service is always excellent, the atmosphere is exactly the type of place that makes you want to relax and hang out. All of which is followed up by their amazing tasting smoothies. Definitely my new regular spot, highly recommend!!
Our ICI bowls were amazing. I did mango pineapple and mandarin oranges with Nutella, chocolate hemp hearts and sliced almonds. Probably sounds like an odd combination, but it was absolutely outstanding

Just discovered this smoothie place today when I saw my friend with a giant super delicious looking smoothie. Stopped by to check it out, and the owners are working at the store. Treats for the pups, which is a huge plus! They have good variety in the menu of fresh fruit smoothies, yogurt smoothies, protein shakes and food Bowls, and more! I went with an Acai Bowl to go and I have to say it was super delicious! It's a good thing they have a punch card because I'm pretty sure I'll be going there a lot! Highly recommend, finally a healthy eating spot in the area. Much needed with all the pizza places around ? Love it!
Came to finally try the Vitamin Sea Açaí Bowls. Ordered a Beachfront Nut and Sunshiny Day to go. They are delicious, place is clean and the boys were supper polite and nice. Definitely recommended!!!!
