“This is my first time coming here.They have a nice menu selection where you can dine in, or take out.It's healthy- tasty food!I had a Chicken Champion Sandwich and Dirty Chai Tea which, is Chai Tea mixed with Expresso. It's totally delicious! I loved the after-taste!The ambiance is soothing, with Brazilian music playing softly in the background, and the decor is creative, fun and simple. It's a cute little Cafe.I simply loved their backyard. “All I can say is WOW! The best Acai bowls EVER! I initially decided to try SoBol because of its 4.9 rating. I joked with the owner about his rating, and he was more disappointed about the one unhappy customer. I told him if it were good, I would be back, and YES, I went back! My girlfriend tried my bowl, and she couldn't believe it! I will be taking another trip to SolBol real soon. I can't see getting my bowls from anywhere else. It's worth the trip!“

“This is the best acai of quite a few places I've tried in the area. Their menu has a unique variety of toppings and flavors. I'm hooked on the No. 5, it has peanuts and cacao with blueberries and bananas. Their smoothies are also delicious too! Portions, pricing, and quality makes this the best and my favorite acai spot. ?“

“This review is long overdue. This place deserves all the praise in the world. I have yet to order something “good” every single dish surpasses my expectations. Today I ordered the Quinoa bowl (subbed the actual quinoa with brown ride) because they stopped selling breakfast so I couldn’t order the avocado toast I was looking forward to. (Or the chicken wrap due to lent) so I “settled” on the healthy choice and was dreading it a little. What came out was this beautiful bowl (pictured) and it was easily the most delicious combination of flavors and textures. Ashley helped me out at the counter. “I was here for a week long work training and came to this cafe pretty much daily. The sandwiches are delicious and fresh. They have a daily “bar” like tacos, burgers, fried chicken and a salad bar too! Large selection of drinks and caffeine (which I needed!) and they were so incredibly friendly! I swear she knew my name and face and why I was there like two days after I arrived. So glad they were here!“

“The seed is a great coffee spot in lighthouse point that didn’t disappoint. I ordered a cold brew with caramel + 2% milk and a delicious acai bowl - the biz. There were so many food options that I’ll have to come back to try more things but if you’re looking for a local coffee spot that’s chill, decorated nice, has good service and friendly people, then the seed is where it’s at. “We just ate at Swami Juice in Plantation. we ordered the avocado toast, hang 10 acai bowl, and vanilla cold brew coffee. It was amazing! very fresh ingredients and great service. we will be coming back very soon! we also ordered fresh cold juices to go that we can't wait to try. they have a section of cold press juices and shots to choose from. they come in glass bottles which is even better! highly recommended place. very cute and earthy“

“Went in today for my first time. The young woman behind the counter helping us was amazing and patient with us. My gf and I were new to this establishment. We asked a lot of questions and she answered with kindness. It’s something we don’t get a lot in south florida. She cares about her job and made the experience more pleasant. Now the establishment is very very very Clean. The food is superb and the staff is well groomed. Let’s just say it looked like a movie set. I’m so happy it’s so close to my gym and home. I’ll be making more trips to this heavenly joint.“

They offer a large selection of ice cream and sorbets along with waffel cones and bowls.They do offer teas and milk shakes if you don't want a sunday, which is ok, I guess you are a non fun reader. “I always get the excellent Acai Bowls and often get the giant portion to take home for later!After school is very busy there.I was told they use organic fruit and wash it with fruit cleaner as well. That is very comforting to know. Last year, after eating a lot of washed strawberries, the pesticides messed up my gut biome and I got ulcerative colitis from the pesticides. I know it was the cause because my husband ate them and got it too but his gut healed.“

The staff was extremely patient with my son (and I) as we navigated the many delicious options!
