HUGE disappointment. Decided to try this place due to their 4.6 stars on google, and it was a mistake. The only thing I enjoyed was their pesto, and the smoothie I ordered was not bad. The food, however, was very unenjoyable. I ordered the eggfast sandwich.....the turkey bacon tasted really weird and the avocado was spoiled. Another thing ordered was the "Egg me on avocado toast" and that I couldn't even eat. It had a strong taste to it that just ruined it for me..I spent $40 for this online order and just didn't expect to be this disappointed and not like anything I received.The only thing I can rate here is the food since I did order online.

I always come to the LOCATION ON COMMERCIAL BLDV to have a great meal...but lately they've been slacking big time. I ordered a build your own bowl which is usually fresh and delicious, this time they served me stale, hard, burnt rice. I literally almost broke a damn tooth trying to chomp down on the rice. Cucumbers where going bad and a bit slimy. I got home and instantly threw the whole bowl away. Disappointed ?

POMPANO BEACH LOCATION:Get this: I entered the location, ordered my usual Acai bowl, and the woman with the Covid mask never said hello. She didn't wash her hands, talked to the colleague (a gentleman whom we've seen there before) incessantly (about another employee to be sure), and made my bowl--all without washing her hands! Her jacket sleeve was dropping all over the bowls as she prepared them.She said "there you go" when I was given the bowls, without saying THANK YOU.Here's the rub: I asked her her name so I could write a Google review. She said IZZY and wait for it: She thanked me for it (so Gen Z to be this arrogant).Little does she know that I recommend she be reprimanded immediately by management for her disrespect. I was appalled she didn't wear hand gloves like her colleague when he made it.I threw the acai bowl out (they are loaded with bacteria) and will NEVER go into this location again.Management: Take her in, tell her to quit being an a-hole, and remind her that we pay 15 bucks for this stuff.

One of the best spots to hit up when I visit this area of Florida. The staff is amazing, kind, and friendly. The smoothies are delicious! I go almost everyday of my stay. I haven’t tried their food items but those look delicious. I Highly recommend!

On February 14, 2024 I decided to get my brother a vegan carrot cake for Valentine's Day around 11am and something. Upon requesting for the cake I would like the extra curvy clerk didn't observe the cake to make sure the cake was good to eat, neither did I because I'm trusting that everything is good because I never had an issue. When my brother got his cake he's asked didn't i see the cake I'm like no the clerk put it in the bag as if it was okay so I looked at the cake (unfortunately my phone was dead I didnt get a picture) the cake had white hairy mold all over the nuts thats on top of the cake and drop inside. So, I the return the cake back to Tropibowls their was a gentleman with dreads that confirmed the hairy white mold on the cake and the same extra curvy clerk that bagged it was like one second let me get a manager no apology no nothing but if im not mistaken the guy with the dreads did apologize but it wasn't for him to do the extra curve clerk was the one who should have apologized. She then go tell the manager who didnt come out physically to apologize or sent form of apology (which is bad for the company) but then tells me I can get a credit for tomorrow or refund like I need the owner at this point because telling customers cakes are made fresh daily and not knowing cakes aren't being refrigerated is a bit concerning to me. (Looking at reviews the health department needs to pay them a visit).Check your cakes please!!!

I was Tropibowl’s first customer when they opened in Oakland Park in 2020 and they remain my first stop for breakfast every day! The management is excellent, people are exceptional and the food is amazing!
They are giving a little açaí , and so much granola they are a rip off we are paying so much for the bowls to have açaí and Natasha do not understand because she is the one doing it shes Stealing!

I've been here a few times and in my quest for the best bowl, I have experienced minimal toppings, even when I've requested top and bottom toppings dispersement. My experience is to get way more base, minimalistic toppings, especially at the pricepoint. Otherwise, tasty. 3.5 including avg CS.
