The mozzarella here is salty and flavorful, and the cured meats are probably the best I've had anywhere. The service is good, but they are definitely very busy so they may not always be super prompt. Worth waiting for though.

I wish could write more about the food. Unfortunately, I ordered a sandwich online and my order was confirmed through GrubHub. After waiting about 40 minutes I went to pick it up and was told they have no bread. The cashier was very rude so I won't be back to try a sandwich when they bother to get some bread at a SANDWICH SHOP.

Bufarella makes unique sandwiches with mozzarella cheese that keeps you going back. You can get Italian ham prosciutto or salami on a airy bun and so delish. This is family owned and you feel like you are in Italy or at least the Florida version.

Since every one left this place the only item with good quality still in there The Bread other than that Nothing . And it is so pathetic to see the owner always sitting lonely in the corner whenever you walk in , definitely is not a good advertisement and always wondering why they cancel always the negative reviews from Facebook ?!

It's been forever since I've had a proper sandwich from authentic Italian deli. We got the mortadella sandwich. The bread is a hearty, yet, tender ciabatta roll. The mortadella was accompanied by lettuce, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella ---creamy and melt-in-your-mouth (not that rubber, tasteless stuff that is pre-packaged in supermarket) with fresh olive oil and vinegar. Oh my! They sell fresh burrata, salamis, marinated vegetables, and cheeses. Everything needed for your next home cocktail party to make a knockout cheese board. Modern foodie feel, old world taste and quality.

Awesome find if you are looking for a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich or need a charcuterie plate for a small gathering. Pro tip, the sandwich is huge! Definitely something you can split with someone or just make into two meals.

The variety of the menu is screaming for desperation but is still incredibly amazing in taste.

Sometimes when a restaurant focuses on certain menu items and does them well it can be a big success. Bufarella focuses on Italian sandwiches using a variety of meats and their very tasty cheese and excels. I should add that the sandwich bread is delicious. It complements the meat and cheese well. I appreciated that their sandwiches are unique compared to standard deli meat. This one is definitely worth a try.

SOOO FRESH AND DELICIOUS!! Extremely welcoming family owned business, with authentic Italian cuisine. We got the prosciutto de Parma sandwich and also the cotto and OMG.. fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, olive oil, arugula, bread.. the whole package. We'll definitely be returning!! :)

I got the prosciutto panini. Honestly I was pretty let down. The sandwich was dry and kind of boring. Nothing special to it--just prosciutto, bread, arugula, tomato, and oil. But then I added the truffle cream, which is the real reason why I tried this. If you've ever been to Florence and tried the famous al'antico sandwiches you will know exactly what I am talking about. To everyone else, come try. Get the truffle cream and add it to your sandwich. It takes a middling 3 star sandwich to a solid four to five star. Aside from a small sandwich shop in Chicago and an al'antico pop up in New York (I waited 3 hours to get two sandwiches), this is the only truffle cream I have found outside of Tuscany. I will return
