Placed a mobile order at 10:10 this morning waited 20 minutes they were not busy at all after waiting for that long they decide to inform me they didn’t have my drink then proceed to ask if I want something else if I wanted something else I would have ordered something else also got a churro donut they handed me a stale donut

Maybe it's js me bc I LOVE dunkin with ALL my heart but idk every dunkin is js amazing I LOVE their Churro Signature Iced latte (ita a coffee) MMMMMMMMMMM MMMMM MMMM yall HAVE to go to this (they have starry here too which everyone says it's literally sprite but it tasted better to me js knowing it's ice spices drink but idk)Parking: there was no one there when I went and it had like 8 spots or sumKid-friendliness: I mean I'm 14 does that count as a kid ? but ya I wasn't like bullied so??Wheelchair accessibility: they had a (maybe it was 2) handicap spot(s) right by the front door that weren't filled when I was there

My coffee order was wrong and when I asked for a shot of vanilla it was like I was asking for too much. The cashier wouldn't even talk to me as I place my order. Always have a problem with this location.

I had to repeat my order 6 times due to the language barrier and inattention issue in the drive through. Waited over 25 minutes and had to repeat the order at the window 2 more times. 30 minutes later I got my drinks which were ok at best. This Dunkin sucks. Others are close and much much better...this one is a stinker.

Went through the drive-thru on New Year's Eve and they had a sticker on their window that said they were out of cold brew but on the app it didn't say that they were out of cold brew so when I went to the window to confirm if they were out of cold foam and cold brew the person taking my order proceeded to say in the nastiest tone "where do you see that at." I then responded with it's on the menu with a sticker that says "oh snap, we're out". He then proceeded to say "I guess we're out then." I am gonna go to a new location since this one lacks the bare minimum customer service.

I was in there today, a December 13th 2:30pmthere was a woman with 2 children in front of me. She was ignored for 5 minutes. She walked out while the 3 people behind the counter argued as to whose job it was to cover counterthen one of them came over and asked me what I wanted. I said a medium black coffee. I put the $3 on the counter. I said you can keep the change and he said you don't get your coffee. Unless you picked that up off the counter and hand it to me.I took my money and left. There is a definite serious attitude among those young gentlemen. Working behind that counter.
