Wow i haven't been here in a while, they reduced the meat you get in the sandwich by at least 2/3. Literally like 2 slices. Unbelievable. I don't think I'll be returning.

Service is good as soon as you walk in. They're saying hello, very friendly staff. Very clean and welcoming.
It took 40 mins for me to get my food. Line was backed up so many people waiting for their food when I first got there. Only 2 people making 1,000 sandwiches. The third lady was on her phone in the back on a private call. I was late back to work for my lunch break.

While I spent 5 days in the local hospital, I saw dozens of commercials for the new Kings Pork and Slaw sandwich at Firehouse Subs.When discharged, I went directly to the local franchise to get one. I was quite sore, and didn't have anything resembling good food for many days. With great anticipation, I unwrapped my sandwich, and promptly took a large bite. I was so unimpressed, so disappointed, and so wishing I had gone to Domino's for a pizza instead. It cost me 10 bucks to be disappointed.Asi es la vida.

I will make this short. If you are in a rush do NOT order here! 5 ladies behind the counter and it took 20 mins to pick up 2 subs. No one is in the store. I watched and they move extremely slow subs are just ok.Certainly not worth the wait.
I got a sub 7/10/23 and it was delicious. I’ll be coming back for more. Nice employees too and clean.

Sandwiches are good..but dang. It takes 3 people 15+ mins to make a sandwich? Long wait and they still got the order wrong..there were only 2 other people in the store. If you are coming at lunch rush..good luck. This has been my experience each time I have come here. I could literally go behind the counter and figure it out myself in less time. How can this place stay in business? If you're the franchisee/ owner reading these reviews, you need to to look at your staff.
