If your In the area or even just in florida go see Anthony at oak Cafe, the atmosphere is sooo nice, amazing positive vibe that can turn a bad day to a good 1 just walking thrww the door... service was soooo good, Anthony takes care of you better than you could imagine he treats you with respect and u don't even have to ask cause he's already on top of it, by the time you think to yourself, man I hope his portions are a good size, you realize, he's already giving you morreeee than if you would asked for a extra scoop of something... nowwww on to the GOOD STUFFF,the food, ohhh myyy goodnes!! When U live in florida, you've had ox tail, jerk everyyyytjing, but if you havent had anothonys tou havent had the best.. ill definitely be coming here anyyyytime I'm within the city limits of ft Lauderdale/MiamiThanks again Anthony and oak cafe!! We had a special event for MLK birthday. The restaurant was set up for our group of 28 people with a long table in the middle of the room like a family dinner. Everyone enjoyed the food the atmosphere and camaraderie.My daughter had the oxtails which were tender and perfectly seasoned. I had the curry chicken which I enjoyed as well.The owners were out front every step of the way from confirming orders, serving food and generally delivering top notch customer care. I highly recommend Oak Cafe, not only for the food but also for their ability to deliver the total experience.Vegetarian options: My first visit I ordered all vegetables the yams without the extra sweet sauce was so good. Also have cabbage and steamed vegetables and of course they have rice and peas and salad. Wouldn’t say it’s a huge vegetarian menu but there are options.
