Everytime I have been at the location it has been an issue I went a whole hour before they closed they had no açaí, I went today I ordered three açaí making sure to asked if the had it which they confirmed and I have been to several different location she gave me each bowl the lowest I have ever seen it every other location always full bowl this time it was even lower than half the bowl Then she proceeded to say that is how much they put we talking of a bowl that I get several times a week .

AVOID THIS LOCATION -the kid who's always there is either STEALING the ingredients and taking them home or something because the smoothies made at this location by the same young fellow who works the later shift there SUCK -they're just basically icees or slurpees, not smoothies, completely watered down.

So upset that every time I go to this location it’s always something. Last night I arrived at 9:06 and the doors were locked , a young lady comes up to the door and says they’re not taking any orders just online orders ..??? Im never the type to leave a bad review but what’s the point of being open until 9:30 if doors are locked half hour before . I have gone to the pompano location way closer to the closing time and they have always made my smoothies .

Good customer service is now a rare experience. Basically impossible to get nowadays. The employees want more money and less work and when they don't get it they respond with poor attitudes and poor work ethics. I placed an order on GrubHub at 8:30pm for a smoothie. The app said it was being prepared and the driver was even on their way to pick it up. At 9pm I got a message that the order was canceled due to the store being closed. So I went to look up their business hours and it says they close at 9: 30pm. That is the employees being lazy and not wanting to make one simple smoothie an hour before they close. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I will be reaching out to the corporate office too make them aware of the wonderful service I was provided.

Im a regular, lunch breaks or after gym. For the staff to be young they do they best in my opinion. Impossible to Cater to all Karen's. Ps. They could be trained more on the texture of Smoothness not so thick.

I haven’t been here in a while and I suddenly remembered why. This place LAGS. They’re slow and honestly its a smoothie not a 3 course meal. Waiting over 15 min for a smoothie when no one is here..Ill try another franchise next time

Normally have a great experience with Smoothie King, but was a bit thrown off tonight. Arrived 35 minutes before closing, ordered a peanut butter smoothie (pretty basic, right?) and was told point blank that because I had come 30 minutes to close, there was no peanut butter available at all (it was already put up he said?) and had to go with something else. (What would have happened if I’d placed the order through Uber eats?) Didn’t love what I went with as a second option, maybe it was lackluster, maybe it was just the overall experience, but hopefully other people’s experiences don’t mirror mine :/3/10
