I used to love this Taco Bell but they have been making a lot of mistakes lately. We tried ordering a few times through the app and after waiting more than 30 minutes, we decided to drive over. The order wasn't ready and it seemed like they were scrambling to try and fill it. If we do go back, we end up just going through the drive-thru because ordering through the app is always delayed or incorrect. The app itself is great but fulfillment is an issue.

EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! There is always something wrong with an order at this location, either they missing an item or complete missing an order entirely. The staff ALWAYS has an attitude. You’re better off going to any other Taco Bell in Broward but this one is the worst.

Their oil is never changed. ordered a Mexican vegetable pizza through the drive-through. While waiting for the light to change, I took a bite, and everything tasted like oil. To be sure, I took a bite from the other side, and it was the same. disposed of the entire thing in the trash.

Everything about the order was done right. We had a nice little human interaction with the workers. Regretfully, the staff requires that all orders be placed through a self-checkout kiosk, which makes it challenging for people who are color blind like me. Fresh and spicy was the order. All in all, pleasant local. Extremely tidy and expertly maintained.
