Pretty much your average Arby's but with nice folks. I've enjoyed the expanded menu for some time and the roast beef still is as good as ever. Appreciate the free water option. Glad they've kept the classics and continue to cater to more tastes. Convenient in and out on busy road. I wish more people would ring the bell on the way out when they get good service. Any possibility of adding plant based options in the future? That would make it great for the whole family. Currently I can only stop when I'm alone .

Wasn't greeted at the window, when I went to go inside doors were locked. I tried calling, then canceling my mobile order but the app doesn't allow that. Then I called again 10 minutes later and the employee had an attitude and said they didn't hear me at the window? I work in fast food, this was not it. Not a single other customer here.
I’ve never actually eaten inside here, just always use the drive-through. The food is always good and warm, and the fries are always crispy.

I am not a fast foodie, but my husband introduced me to Arby's a couple years ago on a road trip and I was hooked. I've never had a bad experience since at any location - service or food. But I just had to leave this review because of the experience we had today at this location (2811 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL 34474). The service was amazing, and the meal was beyond expectations. We both got the new brown sugar bacon sandwiches (w/turkey). These were sandwiches i would normally pay double for in a sit down restaurant. They ACTUALLY looked like they do on their television commercial and tasted even better. Fresh King's Hawaiian bun, bright green leaf lettuce, fresh tomatoes, deeeelicious bacon... Thank you Arby's for always keeping it fresh and friendly.

I adore this Arby’s; it's conveniently located within walking distance of the college area, and I consistently find great deals there. The food is consistently served piping hot, and the cashier, Michael Rivera, consistently provides top-notch customer service. He goes above and beyond, remembering regular customers and ensuring every interaction is exceptional. With his dedication and excellent service, he's truly an invaluable asset to this establishment. Michael undoubtedly deserves recognition for his hard work, and I strongly believe he deserves a raise or two . It's essential to retain employees of his caliber and maintain the high standards he sets. In summary, this store consistently delivers outstanding service, especially thanks to Michael. I'll definitely be ringing the bell from now on! ? ? ?P.S. The cute blonde girl up-front (who I believe is a manager) is also fantastic. She consistently works hard and despite looking really stressed is always nice.

At this location they never offer you any information about any specials they don't seem to take pride about the restaurant and they definitely don't care about the costumers. But their friends get better service.
They gave me the complete wrong sandwich and didn't know till I got to work so couldn't go back to exchange
