“Our order was taken through the drive thru by a manager on duty. We saw the order sizes were incorrect and went back in before we left the parking lot. They offered an apology on her behalf and corrected the size portion, even told us we could keep the additional food (fries). However, when we got home and opened our 5 sandwiches, we had zero cheddar cheese on our “beef and cheddar” sandwiches. Are we expected to open the sandwiches before leaving the drive thru window?Parking: Excellent lot and restaurant, always clean.Wheelchair accessibility: The double doors makes for it difficult for a wheelchair bound person to get in without assistance.“
“Customer service goes a long way. I want to give a shout out to Ivy for her warm smile, and very polite manners. She is the epitome of excellent customer service and deserves a raise! She took advantage of every moment to show gratitude and kindness.On top of that, this location is spacious, allowing truckers ample room to take a break and even plug in a laptop to watch a movie and check emails while eating. And speaking of eating, thos location actually made the best fish sandwich I have yet ever had at an Arby's, in addition to perfect crinkle-cut fries - not too crisp, perfect amount of salt, and fresh!My only criticism is that the dining room needed a cleaning pretty badly - several tables had scraps of good on them, and many had trash underneath, with half the tables having their chairs out and ajar. It was not busy at all, and one or two of the other employees could have been out in the dining room cleaning, as it looked like it hadn't been touched since lunch time.Again, kudos should be given to Ivy for her customer service being on point, and even exceeding expectations!“
“Pretty much your average Arby's but with nice folks. I've enjoyed the expanded menu for some time and the roast beef still is as good as ever. Appreciate the free water option. Glad they've kept the classics and continue to cater to more tastes. Convenient in and out on busy road. I wish more people would ring the bell on the way out when they get good service. Any possibility of adding plant based options in the future? That would make it great for the whole family. Currently I can only stop when I'm alone .“
