My husband and I are flabbergasted. For 6 years we've had a good relationship with B Healthy. On a first name basis with Diane. Went there this afternoon Tue 11/1/22 and George bought some green tea. like he always does. When we got home he remembered he wanted to ask Diane something so he called the store. She answered but then the phone was taken out of her hand and a man said for him not to come back. George asked why but the man wouldn't answer him. We went back to try to find out what the problem was, hoping to speak to Diane. She stayed in the back (I'm sure at the direction of the man whom I'm guessing is the owner), He came out and said we need to leave. When we asked repeatedly why he, just kept saying you need to leave. Wouldn't give us any reason whatsoever. Not even, that he thought we stole something. Most assuredly we did not! This is going to haunt us.

Don't buy here, go somewhere else that will take returns! They have a NO RETURN policy even if the seal isn't broken on the item! Bad business.

Smallish health food store, but great selection of vitamins, minerals, snacks, and powdered protein. Very helpful staff who were knowledgeable when I had questions. No produce, small freezer/fridge section. Hopefully they’ll grow into a bigger store with organic produce. Also, satellite post office next door makes it convenient for errands.

The products are overpriced and the staff is rude. I bought a supplement recommended by a staff member and realized when I got home that it was not what I told her I was looking for. Their website says they offer product satisfaction and that refunds require a receipt. When I returned to the store with the unopened product and receipt, I was told that they don't give refunds. After a short conversation, in which two clerks said nothing except that they don't give refunds, I stated that they had lost a customer and walked out. One of the clerks actually followed me out of the store, shouting insults. I'm definitely never going there again and I would not recommend it to anyone who wants good service and sound advice about health supplements.
