I just wanted to say that Chad, the general manager of the beef O’Brady’s in Ocala it’s not only professional and passionate about his restaurant. He went above and beyond to take care of my issue that I had with one of my orders he responded within minute of my complaint, and not only did he fix it, but he went again above and beyond I offering me meals for the week, I honestly feel a little guilty because that’s a lot but that just goes to show you that a great manager...read full review

We were at DNO hosted by Hands Up Communications last night. With all 100+/- deaf people that attended, we gave Beef O'Brady's 5 stars for the service they provided to us however we were told that the manager or some male employee made alot of deaf attendees wait outside until after the interpreters arrived which we did not agree with. We as a deaf community are like you all except we cannot hear. Thank you for all of your efforts in servicing us.

Sean our server was fantastic as were the other servers helping him. We had a large party but he was extremely patient and kind.Food was really good but plan on staying a bit while the food cooks. Had a great time here last night.
