We dined at the Tioga location this afternoon and Frank was our server. What a cool, fun, thoughtful guy! We asked him what his favorites were and took his recommendations — all spot on. From the Cherry LimeAde Sangria special and triple IPA to the Tuscan fries to the Bolognese lasagna soup of the day and much more, every drink and dish had a true wow factor. When we mentioned that we’d just spent the morning working to get ready for the delivery of a new refrigerator and had no ice at our house, Frank sent us home with a bag of ice. Seriously, we couldn’t believe the kindness. We’ve loved your Micanopy location for 20 years and will always return to both sites. Well done, as always.

I ordered 2 pizzas on Friday, October 21, 2023. Upon arriving home to serve the pizza to my kids there was a small roach found crawling all over my pizza! It was too late to go back for a refund so I went the following day and they had cones in the driveway preventing me from pulling in. There were also people outside packing furniture into a Uhaul. I pulled up and asked if I could get a refund because if the roach on the pizza. I was told to leave my contact information and a manager would contact me. I have yet to hear from them and haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone. Never again will I go here. I e never experienced something so disgusting in my life.

Blue Highway is great!! I’ve eaten in on several occasions and the service is always great. I enjoy the vegan pizza.The atmosphere is casual, it’s never hectic, and the outside seating is nice too. The wait time for ordering in and out are also reasonable.Dietary restrictions: I’ve been vegan for 10 years, and don’t eat out often in part because many places in town do not offer the best or most suitable choices for my lifestyle, but Blue Highway has delicious pizza. I usually order a regular side of fries with my pizza too. There are some decent vegetarian options available as well.

This pizza was great!! As someone with celiacs, it's hard to get good gluten free pizza that is also safe to eat. They use UDI's crust here, which is certified GF, and they take precautions like using dedicated pans and glove changes. Our waitress was knowledgeable about me being gluten free and took great care of us !

I ordered a "make your own" pasta type dish for dinner. Carry out ordering required me to wait at the bar for a few minutes. It looked clean and pleasant enough. The help was "helpful".... but, the 5 stars, here, come from the food!! I was excited because the option to get sausage in an Alfredo pasta dish was available. It's my favorite and their take on this dish was great!

A cute pizzeria that serves VEGAN PIZZA so I get one to go once and a while. It was Saturday night, and the cashier area had a group of ladies trying to get separate checks or something but another staff member took special interest in me and made sure I got my pizza. She jazzed it up a little for me also because they were out of roasted eggplant. But the BBQ tempeh was good and she dazzled it with BBQ sauce. I couldn't get over how delicious it was!
I love the cheese bread and Mediterranean salad! My friends and I eat here before going to concerts. My friends have enjoyed pizzas. The fish and shrimp dinner is wonderful as well.

We went for trivia and pizza!! The pizza was REALLY good! My husband isn't a huge pizza fan and ate more of it than I have ever seen him eat. Our server was awesome (unfortunately I didn't catch her name). She was very attentive even though it was busy in there.And trivia night always makes it a fun atmosphere

The pizza was delicious and you can even choose what toppings you like on your pizza. They even have a personal size cauliflower crust that you can choose from. My son loved the thin crust pizza whereas my parents loved the deep dish pizza. I had cauliflower pizza with pizza sauce, ricotta, and pickled red onions. I tried a little piece of the thin crust and the deep dish pizza. I like the thin crust and cauliflower but did not like the deep dish that had a very strange taste but my parents loved the deep dish so that's all that matters. The employees were very friendly and made sure to even offer to go drinks and made sure to ask if we wanted dessert and carry out boxes.Dietary restrictions: They have the cauliflower pizza and build your pizza therefore it keeps carbs low if on low carb diet
We've eaten here several times and have ordered different things from the menu. It's mostly Italian, which you wouldn't know from the name. Their food is quite good, but where they excel is their pizza! Perfect "thin" neopolitan crust (or thick pan crust if you prefer - we don't, so I can't say how it is) smothered in toppings and ooey gooey cheesey yumminess. Leftovers warm up almost as good as the first time around. Indoor and patio dining, and they do takeout too. Parking is easy, if limited, but they aren't usually too crowded. Approach from "town", make a right into the lot before the restaurant. A left from the other direction might be doable, but not so easy crossing traffic on the boulevard.
