First i open my chicken wrap and there is a hair the size of either a nose or eyelash hair AND a GNAT flew out my chicken wrap too A BUG . then my boyfriend opens his wrap looks at me and shows his wrap with a long hair . disgusting and very disappointing. needed to eat something quick before work and didnt get to.

Food is NEVER made correctly I just left this location I was on my work lunch break so didn’t have time to go back however I ordered a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER & was charged for said double cheeseburger to be given a hamburger with NO CHEESE and ONE PATTY this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with my order being incorrect & no one answers the phone to leave a verbal complaint

I have been meaning to comment on this location since I have moved to Ocala. I love fast food more than I should, but lately most fast food places and some restaurants in general have not been that great. This location however has the most amazing food. I've been waiting for them to mess up an order, does not happen. I've been waiting for the food to not be hot when I get it, never happens. And I must say, the burgers here taste like real hamburgers. I am so in love with this location. I wish they would pass their secret to everyone restaurant or at least every BK.

I asked for my order and noticed on the receipt that she didn't add the cheese, I tried to tell her but no one answered, when the manager came I told her and she told the employee add the damn hamburger, I told her that's my damn food so she said She said to another employee ..horrible

Upon ordering the small girl working behind the counter was very unsure of herself. I assume she is new. She was not sure how to ring up something but rather than ask manager or coworker she said you can not do that. We got the attention of the manager and told her wat we wanted. The cashier then had no idea that .47 was 1 quarter 2 dimes and 2 pennies. We had to tell her. She did thank us for our help and we told her it was okay and she will get better as she practices. I blame our school system they are so dumbing our children down. We got our food and the wrong burger was made.Dining room needed wiped down but it was busy as we went at lunch time.
