Ordered just a plain cheesesteak last night through Uber eats with just meat and cheese. When I got it, it had barely any cheese on it and onions. For a “large” cheesesteak and made mediocre, it’s not worth $11.

In food court. Food was okay. Really don't know how to cook cheese steaks. Onions were not done. Still crunchy. They use what is like steakums. They weren't chopped up and combined with the onions. The steak was still in layers stuck together.

Two different experiences with this place that have made me refuse to ever go back. First experience teenagers touching their shoes, hair, and changing trash bags with the same gloves than return to cooking.... Second experience More teenagers wearing gloves grabbing things that shouldn't be grabbed then returning to cooking and talk about disgusting every time I come back here I'm surprised they haven't broken a leg from slipping on the filthy floor. The counters and register station isn't much better.

We had a pleasant experience at Charleys this week! It took less than five minutes to place an order including the time to wait in line. The service was fast and ordering was easy. The team member who took our order, Laura, was very friendly. The location is pretty convenient as well.

This location is in a mall food court so there is plenty of parking. The service is great and the staff is friendly. My order is always prepared in a timely manner and food is as ordered. I personally like to add the combo with ultimate fries which have bacon ranch and cheese and a medium drink. Bathrooms are close by.
The food is hot and tasty; the sandwiches are packed full of good stuff. The regular is big, and the large....oh my, you best be hungry or sharing with someone. The drive thru servers are always smiling and polite
The station where they cut and finish you sandwich was very dirty and they didn't bother to clean the cutter in between sandwiches, laid sandwiches on a diary counter right beside a cleaning rag. Very unorganized at the finishing stage and once they get it finished three l the guys let it sit... didn't bother giving us our boxes .I reached over and grabbed mine the last in front of me let her sit for a long time before she asked them to give it to her
