If you would like your food to be cold and wait 20+ mins to get it. Then yes come to this checkers. This place has to be the most consistently awful place I have ever been to. The staff are not friendly. Sometimes you’re not even greeted at all. Just awful! Whole place needs to be fired!
Waited over an hour in the ONLINE order pick line while other guests just arriving to place their orders are already leaving with their food. Cold food; didn’t expect much other than fast food to be fast, but you win some you lose some.

I decided to go to Checkers for dinner since I haven't been in a long time. Waited in line for over 20 minutes, and there was only 3 cars ahead of us. I finally received my food, and parked to eat. To my disappointment the Food was Cold!! Fries was greasy and cold. The Chicken sandwich was cold and had mayonnaise all over the bun! The bun was flatted like it had been ran over by a car! The lettuce was wilted and had saw it's better days. A tiny piece of tomato no more that 1 inch in diameter was not edible either. I tried the Chicken sandwich but it was greasy and cold. It might have been good if it had been hot. It looked like they didn't have enough employees to work there. Employee was trying, but they needed more help. It was a disappointment that the food was that cold and greasy. Oh as for the Ice Tea, It was soured tasting and I threw it out!! I hope if I ever decide to go back they will have some edible food.

it took us almost an hour with the whole process. I had just got out the er it was like 1 in the morning.we sat in the line to order for 45 minutes. I would have just left after 15 minutes but your blocked in. then they had us pull to the other side and we waited another 20 minutes to get our food. and half our food was

I frequent the place because the food is hot and fresh, and they have decent sized portions for ok prices. HOWEVER, there was a miscommunication concerning my order and I could hear individual(s) making negative comments. I feel it was unnecessary and unprofessional and though I love the food, the service was sub-par.

The mothercruncher used to be my favorite. I remember that it had a pink sauce or something like that. Now it has mayo and the chicken is very bland. Fries taste like oil. I dont like it
