When our waitress Becca came over to the table, she asked if we were celebrating anything. I let her know that today was the 1 year anniversary of my boyfriend's passing. His family and I were celebrating his life at his favorite restaurant, Cheddar's. There was ribeye and veggies, shrimp Alfredo, cheeseburgers for the kid, fish, chicken tenders and fries. My mom made me drive forty minutes and at first I was cranky we drove so far for a "free" birthday dessert... But the food was worth the drive. The decadent pastry bread could really be never ending and just keep coming. The chicken pot pie was seriously the best I have had in ten plus years. Not so good for my waist, but hands down hearty fun.

Dinner service was friendly and well done. Drink prices very reasonable. Portion sizes were extra large. Food quality mediocre- salty, fatty, lacking pizzazz. Reasonable choice for large group convenience. O/W wouldn’t go out of your way to dine here.
