My chic was brownish Grey and slightly warm and my fries were slightly warm and soggy. I brought it back and they refused to remake my order free because "they were closing". There hours weren't posted and where I come from your open until exactly closing time. Very disappointed will never go back.
Place is small...but I will tell you they rock and roll there. .fast ..efficient..friendly..great team work behind the counter..I was in and out in 10 minutes as a walk in customer..everyone had a great attitude..place runs like a top..whoever trains them..great job..and manager is hands on helping and running the team..great job she was doing..I will definitely go backParking: Plenty of room...they even have spots for call in orders ..very organized
Did a mobile app order yesterday for a late lunch. Didn't realize this was a mall store. Had to park and go inside to get our food. The staff was friendly and the food was almost ready when I got there. There was no downside to the visit.
I went to the location today inside the paddock mall in Ocala.Oh my goodness I brought two meals total of 28.98 the food was disgusting it was horrible the chicken taste as if it was uncooked the macaroni was very dry never again!!!!

Sat here over 30 mins curbside on my order everyone getting order but me call oh we busy but people that pulled up after me getting orders I hate this unprofessional place last time I got wrong order how hard is it to see a number on a parking space I'll never go back here slow as a turtle very slow rude and unprofessional chic fil a paddock mall very upset at this ridiculous place

I ended up coming here the day before Thanksgiving for a quick bite after shopping before coming home. I ended up with food poisoning the very next morning. I don't know if it was because it was the end of the night and the cook was in a hurry, or the surfaces weren't cleaned, but I was sick for two days and I could not even join my family for Thanksgiving. I would not wish what I went through on my worst enemy, I'm writing a review cause I don't believe anything will be done if I simply call management and complain. I've never written a bad review about Chic-Fil-A, but Ill be staying away from the Paddock Mall location and eat elsewhere. Eat here at your own peril.
