Great service and newer building and atmosphere. I did ask why the fried chicken sandwich and waffle fries were not crispy and was told that they do not double fry their product, which led me to believe they leave it out after frying. Not sure but that would still not explain why the waffle fries were under cooked and soft. This was my first time in your establishment and felt you folks had everything going on until I didn't get that crispness from the products that I believe you think you deliver.

**This Chick-fil-A does not have a playground. They used to but took it out with a remodel. Drove to this location specifically for it on our road trip with my little one. Luckily this angel of a worker there saw us outside and informed us that the one down the street on 48th had one. I wish Chick-fil-A would have more playplaces in their locations. The place looked really clean and I loved that they sent workers out to take orders of people sitting outside. Super thoughtful

Was a great salad, we asked for the fried chicken and got grilled but it was delicious!
Seyena was a wonderful cashier and was very kind and patient towards me and my family, our experience was especially great because of Ravi! He was extremely polite and very informing when my step dad had asked him about the area! I would recommend this location again just for the welcoming staff/service, let alone the amazing food!

Very strange CFA. Good food, nice enough employees? But the atmosphere and ordering system was the strangest I've seen. No registers, and no one explaining their system. A guy walks up with an iPad, puts a table tent in front of us, and stands there staring at us. The kids meals were missing toys. When I flagged someone down about it he says "oh... I guess we're out". He solicited ice cream instead, in front of my kids. Not cool dude? Got ice cream cones since I didn't want a mutiny for the next 8 hour drive, and it took them 15min and me standing at the counter and asking twice to get them. And it looks like they took the playground out for more seating, disappointing. Good food, but won't be dining in here again ever. Definitely weirdest CFA experience to date.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Was told to sit at a table to order, no one in restaurant. About 15 min after we order the food we had to ask them to bring it to us. Food was cold. The waiter with the small afro that took our order keeps walking back getting food and eating at the table next to us.
