These are customer service fundamentals, but apparently Chipotle isn’t big on that. Tables are always dirty at this location as a kicker.

This Chipotle always has a line, but it is a good thing. They are fast at preparing the food so the line is always quick. The food is delicious and the workers are super friendly. No wonder they pack in the customers I know I will keep going back.Vegetarian options: They have two main veggie protein options.Plant based meat opinion called sofrito and just veggie option of guacamole with onions and peppers. Then add in any other toppings as you like.
I use to own a restaurant and this place would fail the health inspection in two seconds, aside from always being out of food all the time, come on guys!A few employees were trying their best but this place has management fail all over it.Food spelling out of cameras and gloves, touching meat and vegetables. Overspill from the heat station getting tossed back in by hand was disgraceful to watch over and over again while I was in line.Then getting charged half price for dry and 1/2 of what I was looking for is icing on the cake- won’t be coming back to this one

Disappointed they don't have the fajita veggies! And the barbacoa lacked flavor.
April 11th 2024 @ 8:04 pm my wife was delivering for Door Dash. She got a Delivery and went into the Restaurant with her Door Dash bag. She told the girl at the counter the Door Dash name. She waited several minutes. I was sitting in the car and noticed we had been there 15 minutes. I go inside and I asked my wife why its taking so long she said I dont know they have asked me twice what the name was. While I was in there I heard two girls that are employed there using vulgar language to each other over something they were discussing. Finally after the employees not getting the order ready my wife canceled the Dash and wasted 20 minutes without any pay. To the Manager Please resolve this issue with your employees as my wife Door Dashes and your Chipotle Restaurant comes up often for Deliveries.

The music is WAY TOO LOUD! I come to eat, relax after work and talk with friends. This music is the opposite of relaxing and causes everyone to raise their voices to be heard. I want to enjoy my meal, but instead the music beat causes me to feel edgy and and uncomfortable. It's also VERY weird. I feel like I should be at a singles mixer, standing by a pool with some strong THC burning in my hand. We used to come here a lot, inspite of the dirty tables and lack of seating, but this may be the end. Moes is right down the road. The only plus I see is that there used to be long lines to order and now, since the new music, we can walk right in.

Sofritos looked kind of weird. They mistook my name for someone else’s order and when I returned their food they just happened to be at the counter (awkward). They messed up our order as well by putting chicken instead of sofritos so had to get another bowl (again). I feel like this problem would have been avoided if they just let customers get their pre-ordered food. The employees were kind though and the food was decent.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. With the exception of one employee, everyone looked like they would rather be anywhere else than there. My husband and I tried talking to the staff as they were making our food and received grunts. We thanked them and were ignored. An employee even wandered off while making our food, no explanation, no apology. The one nice employee wasn't wearing a name tag, but he was sweet with dark hair and glasses - he definitely was doing the work of 10 people and smiling and friendly through it all.It was also incredibly dirty - trash was littered everywhere at the drink station and outdoor seating areas. Trash cans overflowing, trash blowing across the parking lot. I get that it was a busy Friday night and that food service sucks, but this was bad regardless. Will not be going back.
I went in for take out and wanted info on the Barbacoa. The staff knew nothing and were very unhelpful. By the time I got home the food was ice cold. In all fairness it took me 15 minutes. The chips and Queso were very good. I usually love Chipotle but also thought the restaurant didn’t look clean.
