the ice cream was yummy but the music was so loud that it was difficult to even place our order. as it happens, the order was incorrect, but rather than try to speak louder than the music I just accepted the mistake… even though it did cost me more. the tables outside weren’t wiped down but the awful part was the metal chair legs on the concrete surface was worse than nails on a chalkboard. I think next time I’ll try to find a different Cold Stone location.
The ice cream is superb; always is. Service with a smile was definitely not their motto this evening. You’d think that the two workers had been entered into a look as miserable as you can contest. I was almost sorry to be making them work for their pay.

Went in and looked at there ice cream cake that was made up. There were small, and one cookie dough, and 3 sprinkle cakes. Not much of a selection. And price was not cheap. The cake was not even decorated. It was plan white, didn't even ask if wanted writing on cake. Just told me how much, put it in bag.my daughter came up and doctored up the cake. Noticed the difference between cakes. But I was charged $47.70 for large plain ice cream cake.
