Great food! beautiful decor. the wall of plants is so pretty. service is outstanding. i had the fish and chips and it was delicious. but mostly, YOU MUST TRY THEIR CALAMARI!!!! its to die for!! since moving here we had doubts that any restaurant could compare to eating in New England but this place is it!!!

TheCraft cuisine restaurant never ceases to amaze me,now with its Monday menu. Today I tried Meatball and Burrata, crispy chicken saltimbocca, soup and sweet plantains with ice cream for dessert. 4 plates for $ 17. Excellent service, nice atmosphere with a good company, what else can I ask?

My husband and I ate dinner here for our Anniversary. I have to say it was a bit pricey for what we received. I ordered the filet mignon ($45) which came with a salad, scalloped potatoes, and asparagus. Very small portion. My husband ordered the special which was prime rib. He enjoyed his dinner. They did create a fresh raspberry martini that was excellent, and the service was good.

Wonderful night out! Excellent service, manager Christie and our server Christian paid great attention to us. The food was stunning and delicious. Will definitely be making this a frequent dinning choice.

Visited with my family tonight and had an excellent experience! Our server, Christian, was incredibly helpful and recommended me some beautiful vegan options. The roasted brussels sprouts tapa was delicious (a word I don't use lightly). The cocktails were strong, but well balanced. Overall a wonderful experience to celebrate my father's upcoming wedding! Thank you!

Craft is a unique concept dining experience offering dishes and drinks from different parts of the world. We visit fairly regularly and to be honest we always have something happen that most people wouldn’t come back again after. The difference here is we understand things happen that are uncontrollable and they try find a way to make the experience still amazing. The basil vinaigrette dressing is a must try for salad. Tapas we go with pork belly and mofongo and crab cakes. I seem to always gravitate towards the pad Thai noodles. Short rib is amazing and we love the creme brûlée. I recommend the strawberry basil martini. They like to make changes from time to time on the menu. Always check their Facebook page for secret specials!

What a beautiful restaurant, if you want fine dining. Everything was awesome. I had seared halibut with cauliflower with cheese sauce and broccolini. The Presentation of the food was absolutely delicious. I was very pleased with the service. What a romantic place to go for Valentine's day or any day of the week.

We were pleasantly surprised by the decor, very upbeat and modern. We had a very good waiter, His name was Jacob, very attentive and professional. My husband enjoyed his lamb dish he said he wants to come back and try the Tapas next time. I had the steak with creamed spinach and sweet potato fries. I'm not crazy about sweet potato. So the fries didn't do a thing for me. The creamed spinach was a little bit too creamy I would say and a little bit on the salty side But the steak was perfect although I couldn't finish it. I had it as a second meal the day after. We decided on bringing home dessert and Jacob gave us a list of the deserts there. We chose the guava cheesecake but when each of us tasted it. We felt there was not enough guava in it. It tasted just like plain cheesecake. But we will go back. But it will be a special occasion when we do, since the prices were on the high side for us.

My husband and I just had a wonderful dinner at Craft Cuisine. It was our first time there but not our last! The food and service were excellent. Jacob was our server and he explained everything on the menu. We took his suggestions and are glad we did. we will be back !

I want to like this restaurant. The food is above average and it's a unique little place. It's nice that they're open on Mondays (and for lunch too) as that's hard to come by in Ocala. Since I've been coming to ocala, this building has been home to 3 or 4 different restaurants. Unfortunately, they haven't nailed the design aspect and it's still reminiscent of a funeral home (which it once was) a somewhat morbid realization to patrons as you can still see the casket reveal room, complete with the drapes! Aside from this, Craft has put a lot of effort into looking "cool". There's a waterfall, a living plant wall, galactic sparkly ceilings, and modern chandeliers. It's kind of cool but has no fluency. And they were really decked out for Valentine's Day, making me wonder why the service was so bad as they clearly have lots of time on their hands. Today, I stopped in for lunch before meeting my friends for pedicures. I ordered immediately which seemed to fluster my waitress. Upon ordering the Pineapple Paloma, my waitress notified me that she's the bartender and would make that for me "as soon as she could". There were two other tables that I noticed, only one of which was hers. This seemed an insignificant excuse for the 20 minute wait I endured for the Paloma. It was a decent drink, very refreshing, and I ended up requesting the addition of Grand Mariner for a superb balance. I ordered the Caesar salad, it's absent from the menu, though actually quite good. The lettuce was fresh, the dressing was creamy and appropriately portioned, though the croutons were dry and forgettable. I ordered the carbonara sans pancetta. It was a bit of a risk and if I ever return, I'll stick with the caprese panini. The carbonara was extremely peppery and I didn't like this dish. I ate a few noodles but definitely wouldn't order this in the future. Everything was so slow and the atmosphere is incoherent. Craft cuisine lacks cohesion and competent employees, the food is hit or miss and the drinks are (eventually) tasty! Though craft cuisine shows a lot of potential, I probably won't be back anytime soon.

The salmon is so good!!!!! You cannot go wrong when ordering it for lunch. Take out does take around 30 mins because they really do create each dish to order. The water wall is reason enough to visit this culinary gem!

Stopped by for lunch and had the entire place to ourselves. Ordered the calamari appetizer, the sauce on top was amazing. Also got the Reuben and a roast beef with horseradish sandwich. Both were equally incredible. Our server was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The decor and ambiance was very nice and rounded out the experience. Highly recommend!
