Very unpleasant experience. It is a Dennys so you don't expect great food but it's usually decent. The food was not good at all and extremely over priced for what it is . We could have eaten at a much better restaurant for what we paid . The staff were arguing loudly in the kitchen and everyone could hear it . We decided right then that would be the last time we ever eat at a Dennys .

Attention everyone! Do NOT step foot in that Denny's! Run, I repeat, RUN away from that place as fast as you can! Today, April 5, 2024, I made the mistake of stopping by at 10:50 PM to grab some food to go. Big mistake! It took them a whopping 50 minutes to even get my order to me, and what did I get? A half-cooked Grand Slamwich with random bread, not to mention the audacity of locking customers out right after they pay! I was locked out and was told on purpose!And when I dared to ask for a refund, they had the nerve to tell me to call back tomorrow! The employees were clearly fed up and ready to go home, which explains the half-hearted service and incomplete order. Spare yourself the frustration and head to Waffle House less than half a mile away! Trust me, they're miles ahead in terms of service, quality, and basic decency!

Stopped in for something hot while traveling..arrived around 10pm .. maybe the day crew would be better but the night staff was .. "Horrible " if I thought you could ruin bacon,hashbrowns and pancakes I would never had stopped.. I had hoped ordering something so easy to cook would make this a good experience... Wrong.. upon entering I went to use the restroom.. it was nasty.. dirty clogged toilets, no toilet paper and looked like it had never been cleaned before.. that should had been enough to make me realize this would be bad place to dine. But I was exhausted so stayed hoping the best.. 1st off... how do you ruin pancakes?? I've never eaten such dry tasteless pancakes.. the bacon was inedible.. burnt and so hard it couldn't be chewed.. the hash browns were half cooked ..they looked good until you ate them and they were cold and obviously not cooked thru.. the scrambled eggs were the only thing I could eat. They didn't taste good but were edible. the coffee also wasn't bad.. at least our waitress was friendly and I don't blame her for the disgusting food..she at least was prompt with our coffee and taking our order...also the food took way longer than it should had. We waited almost 45 minutes. while we waited for the food the " cook " came out of the kitchen and was more interested in talking to friend's? or whoever they were ..if he had given as much attention to cooking as he did his friends??? this review could be different.. this place is outdated, dirty, torn seats at the booths and just not a comfortable or welcoming place... I would avoid it if possible and try a different establishment to eat..

Why is it impossible to say "sorry" when you mess up? Server handed us a bill at the end of a satisfactory meal that was clearly wrong. Pointed out (polite and friendly) the error, at which point she could have salvaged our experience by acknowledging the mistake and fixing the bill. Nope. She decided to argue that what she had done was to enter our order as a combo, which she insisted was cheaper. Again and still politely I pointed out that her decision was both more expensive and inaccurate (one item was missed, brought to us after our meal, and added to the bill as an extra). She went off in a huff announcing she would just go ahead and enter the order into the register the way I ordered it (implied that this would show me!!).Not shockingly, when she tossed us the revised bill, it worked out to be the correct, lower price.I'm never upset by a mistake, humans make booboos, I don't yell and I don't write reviews if the mistake is acknowledged and remedied. Such a simple and easy thing to do nicely, respectfully, and promptly, so unfortunate that a self righteous and prideful attitude made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

We wanted to try this restaurant chain during our trip to the USA and we were not disappointed with the breakfast. Large choice of sweet/savoury.It took us a while to get settled in but there were a lot of people there.
