Employees were short to multiple customers in the store and over all rude. When asked to help they were rude and did not want to make the customer satisfied or happy with the situation. They were constantly glaring and speaking sharply. Place also looks dirty and there seems to be no maturity in workers.

I just wanted to take a second to recognize the best employee Dunkin or any other restaurant has had! Eliza is not only the sweetest and most kind person I know, She genuinely cares about me and my wife to make sure our order is totally perfect! The customer service that she displays day in and day out is nothing short of excellence! I'm so happy with Eliza I had to take this time to spread the joy that I receive from her perfection! They have the freshest Donuts and the best bagels, next to making my own. And their coffee is out of this world and the flavors that go into it if you choose, with cream is out of this world delicious. Decaf, regular, or you can get decaf and regular mix together, which is my choice. I highly recommend them.Vegetarian options: They have cream cheese to put on Bagels that is Veggie

Stopped in this morning for a cup of hot coffee a blueberry muffin and check if they had any new cups. The coffee was excellent, but the Blueberry muffin wasn't cooked all the way! I called the store to let them know what I received and was basically called a liar by the employee that answered the phone. I stated that it was totally gummy on the inside . She stated I just popped open one here now and it's completely cooked. I stated I can't attest to what you have there now compared to what I have in front of me at this moment. I can only state to you that this one is not completely cooked. She then stated before I could even finish speaking, well that would be odd because these are cooked . I stated I came through your drive thru at 6:20 am and I'm telling you it's not cooked.She stated well we cook all of them at the same time. I stated ok I'm not going to argue with you I just won't frequent you establishment again to avoid this type of issue. She put someone else on the phone . She said hello in a loud voice. I just stated have a great day, stay safe and hung up. In general the call was to let them know that it wasn't completely cooked.I can only say don't group all people together assuming they want something free because they complain when something isn't prepared correctly. Just be courteous enough to listen before you judge. Be kinderThe four stars for service was for the young lady at the window in the drive thru , she was great.

It doesn’t matter if you’re from out of town or if you live here do not go to this dunkin! I am trying to help you, this Dunkin is so terrible. They mess up my order every single time, and I live here not only that they catch an attitude with you when they’re the ones that messed up your order. There are also a lot of younger people working here, like I would say probably in high school and they just talk instead of working on your order. Terrible experience every single time …wouldn’t recommend. And the cherry on top is that when you get up to the window, they sometimes don’t have your order ready, and they will tell you to pull up and there’s absolutely no space to do that. People will pull around you, bumping, and cursing at you and flicking you off, all because they told you to pull up.
