just went through the drive thru and asked for light ice with my strawberry dragon fruit refresher and got to the window and paid and when they handed me the drink it looked like there were 3 to 5 sips worth missing from the drink... can't help but feel like they did that because I asked for light ice. would not recommen.

I came to order a small tea, I ordered through the kiosk because employees appeared to be busy. I sat inside and waited for my one hot tea for over fifteen minutes, when I approached the pick up desk, the young “lady” stated they didn’t have the flavor of tea I ordered. Which is fine, I suspect she doesn’t purchase it herself. But if you see I’m the only kiosk eat in order, why not call out and say “ma’am, we don’t have that”? When I asked why no one said anything, she rolled her eyes and ignored me. Absolute weirdo behavior.

You have to order thru a kiosk...lmao...4 employees standing around doing nothing and I have to order myself. Coffee and donuts both tasted horrible and way over priced. I also cleaned up the area where the straws are as employees are to busy sitting and standing around doing nothing.

I showed up here this morning to get a coffee and some breakfast. Waited in line for about 5 to 10 minutes to be told, " we are backed up and can't make any food.". Really? Y'all lost a customer. I didn't care if it took 5 minutes or 15 minutes to make the food. I just wanted to purchase breakfast before work. I will not be returning here.

They initially made a mistake on my macchiato, but they quickly fixed it with a smile, and I really appreciated that! My bagel was delicious, and my coffee was perfect the second time around.

Check your food before driving away. I order a Avocado toast with bacon. There wasn't any bacon, and hashbrowns were over cooked they were hard as a rock. I had just a black coffee, and it was delicious, but then again, that's hard to mess up.

Terrible customer service. The server, Kya, acted annoyed to even be taking an order, mumbled, and was overall rude. We asked for a latte with non fat milk. She acted like she didn’t know what that was and then rolled her eyes at us when we said skim milk. Very odd exchange. She had to go get a new gallon out of the back: I watched her open it then fill at least 3/4 of the cup full of milk. No exaggeration. This was 3/4 of the cup before ice or coffee or anything else. We went in 3 hours before they closed for some donuts and they had very few to choose from. The lady behind the counter didn’t speak a word to us and gave very rude expression. The young lady mopping was on the other hand very polite and apologized.

We went to this Dunkin’ Donuts after comic con to get something to drink. The drink my mother wanted, they did not have the prices set. We asked how much and the cashier was annoyed with us already. She said “which size” so my mom asked if she could tell all the prices because she doesn’t know which one wants depending on the price. Both cashiers continue to show attitude and loudly say “oh my god!” Like we were bothering them. Do not go here because they clearly don’t like their job and will take it out on customers.

Terrible manger says pretty much don't care she the on calls back complaints corporate doesn't car crazy They operate this way I have not returned in 6 months until today and same attitude and service they lost this loyal customer due to Poor management how can you be that rude and fluent it doesn't matter I deal with complaints lol crazy to me but that's how dunkin wants to be represented this is crazy
