As a long time Dunkin coffee lover I stoped at another store today and bought my favorite coffee on the way to church. Since it’s always nice and hot I didn’t drink it right away. When I realized it I pulled into this location, explained why happened and asked if I could buy the four pumps of French Vanilla to add to my coffee (so I could enjoy it). I was told no they “don’t sell it”. I asked if they could graciously give me four pumps so I could enjoy my coffee and was again told no…because I didn’t buy the coffee at that location. I never knew four pumps of flavor was so costly that Dunkin would fail at customer service over something like that. So a coffee wasted….

Thos dunkin has improved in quality in the past couple of months. I stopped going because my order was wrong 3 times in a row. Good improvement, and I started visiting again!
A bit disappointing today on the frosting...should be called glazed. I'm used to better service at this location.Employee Faith, who took my payment, was incredibly sweet and very friendly.

Christian is awesome at the maricamp location. He always has the sweetest smile and remembers my kids' order. I order 6 egg and cheese wake up wraps and 2 chocolate milks. And he recognizes me right at the drive through kiosk. Even when there is no bottle chocolate milks available he MAKES my kids chocolate milk. I give this store 5 stars simply for this awesome employee they have working there. He genuinely cares.

Do not go here for cold brew. The last two weeks they have either been watering it down or giving me ice coffee. I know the difference and to be sure went to the other dunkn on silver springs blv and ordered the same thing right after receiving the one from here. I’ve tried coming here multiple times despite the mess up in hopes it would correct itself since I live closer to this one. I will be taking my tips and money to the silver springs one from now, today was the last time I pay double for ice coffee I don’t even like.
Terrible!! Milk instead of coffee…donuts were flat and stale.

Worst location. They are always out of something.This is how they give you a “toasted” bagel. Burnt! I did not ask for cream cheese on the side, yet they gave it to me on the side. If they cared even a little bit they would have just put cream cheese on the bagel to cover the black, but nope not here, here you have to expect the bare minimum.Never put straws in the bag.. give you your cup all wet and sticky on the outside.. one drink they’ll make with 4 ice cubed that by the time you get it have already melted and the other drink they’ll put a regular amount of ice.INCONSISTENCY. Not wasting my money on this location anymore will drive the extra mile and go to Silver Springs

Always disappointed in this Dunkin. Always out of several items even in the morning. Most of the time they do not give you a receipt, nor ask if you want one. Since they are more expensive that I expect, I requested receipt today and suddenly he could not get it out of the machine? When I purchase matcha latte hot, it is half full at this location only. When they do have French crullers, they are tasteless; College Rd has excellent ones and friendly, personable staff. Today they were even out of old fashion! They are always available!!!
