I went to this location on Thursday purchased 6 bagels and a tub of cream cheese and was charged 12.83 which was no problem Today Sunday I sent my husband to get 4 bagels and a tub of cream cheese And today Sunday they charge him 16.00 and change when he went back he tried to explain to manager and her answer was the bagels went up then asked for a receipt which they didn't give but the ticket number was on the bag she could look it up that way. But to be rude as a manager that's no way to treat customers when an employee makes a mistake a double charges you

This is what happens when children run a store. It is quite possibly the rudest dunkin I've ever been to. Thankfully the one further down the road is very pleasant. I'd stay away from this place when possible... since new management it has gone down hill.... fast.

Today I traveled from the Dunkin in Belleview to this one on maricamp and have had a much more pleasant and speedy service. As suggested from the cashier from Belleview to my wife to take her business here when they were in the wrong. I did, and I waited in line for less than 3min and have received my full order correctly without problems.This Dunkin has priorities in order today, and will get my future business, thank you.

I strongly believe that the health inspector needs to check this place out. You got employees wearing one glove to get food all the while still touching the register, their headset for the drive-through and they never change it. Managers are doing the same thing and the worst part is the owner is watching them do it!!!
