This Place on a Friday afternoon would not accept $100 for paying for a $20 order. I was hungry and had to cancel my order. Terrible Business Ethics!! I will be NEVER GO TO ANOTHER FIREHOUSE SUB ESTABLISHMENT !

Had a cup of soup and hook and ladder delivered. I called into the store and spoke with Brandon and asked if he could put hot sauce in the bag. He confirmed with me twice.. no hot sauce and then tried to blame it on the Uber driver. Also cup of soup was literally less than halfway full.. his answer was that that was all the soup they had left .. why didn’t he take off order or letMe know when i called instead of getting half a cup and charged full price. Terrible service and could care less about customers .

I would like to start off by saying how welcoming and clean the store was! Lexi was awesome with customer service and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure our visit was out of this world. He went the extra mile to make things right and absolutely no complaints. I had 2 online orders and they were both ready ON TIME and hot when I got there. The food was absolutely delicious. Thanks for being awesome. Keep up the good work! I RECOMMEND THIS FIREHOUSE SUBS TO EVERYONE!!!

Always enjoy a good sub especially from an establishment that strives for better quality great staff and atmosphere... my only complaint is I worked for firehouse back from 2012-2014 and what ever happened to the hot sauce selection ?!?! To me that was a huge driving factor of being better than other sub shops now firehouse is no different from Jimmy Jones, Penn Station, jersey mikes... even subway
Food was great, but place was a mess. I get when it gets busy but having experience in the food industry, pretty much a given that your place should be clean. Prep area floor was atrocious and a slip hazard for employees. Trash cans in guest are were over flowing.
