Stopped for a quick bite, everything we hoped for. Great burger, fries and I love mixing strawberry and peach sprite together... yum! Would recommend stopping in for a great burger and custom drink options! They also overload the fries so a small is like a large... score!

It's 2024 and it cost $16 for one small burger and fries, no drink, that's California prices. The audacity to put up signs saying "voted best burger in Florida" is galling. Sure compared to other fast food places it's better, but any bar/pub type restaurant would have a better burger.

Burger was divine. If you’re a trucker. It’s right off the highway. And I went late at night so there were plenty of open space where I could turn in and get back out on the highway. People were cool.Parking: I’m a truck driver. I was there late night. And was able to get around easily.

It's five guys, what else needs said....small cheese burger, tiny fry and a drink....amazing. I love that they have A1 sauce as a topping option...and those extra bag fries make me think I'm stealing...economy aside they are wonderful!!

Waited over 20 minutes for our order yet everyone that came in after us got their food within minutes. It’s a darn burger doesn’t take 20 plus minutes to make burgers. Words of advice, spend less time chatting amongst yourselves and more time paying attention to people’s orders.

HORRIBLE customer service! I was on hold for over 27 min to place a take out order. Tried using my bf's phone to call also, and they never picked up. So he went there to get food and I just stayed on hold until he got there! 27 minutes and 35 seconds!!! I've worked the food industry almost all my life, and you should NEVER leave a customer on hold more than 3 min. Maybe 5min is acceptable. But not almost 30 min! It doesn't matter how busy you are, you MAKE the time to answer the phone!
It's ok, the 5 dollar burger is a lie, you might get fries for $5 but that's about it.

Don’t order online from here. As there employees can’t read. 2 times in 1 week they completely ignored how many Pattie’s were in my order. They charge outrageous prices for extra patties. It gets put in big print on the receipt yet they mess up every time.

Poor quality and incorrect order, I place my order on the app and gave them ample time to have it ready, showed up and still waited 20 minutes just to be given the wrong thing. Finally I got my order and the burger patties were lukewarm, the cheese was cold and one of the patties was half the size of the other two. For the price they charge the food should be higher quality than McDonalds!
