Called at 11:55 pm to order pizza. Was very upset to find out that they closed at 11:00. Seriously?? What kind of pizza restaurant closes at 11;00 on a Friday night?? Called another pizza restaurant that was more than happy to take my $57. I guess I will be ordering from the other place from now on.

I ordered online at 3:59pm for 5pm pick-up. I got there at 5:02 pm amd was told it would be 15 minutes. At 5:58 pm I was given my order. 1 pizza was wrong, they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead of a meat lovers stuffed crust pizza. I was told they can remake it or get a refund. I chose to get it remade since I have several people at home. I waited another 40 minutes and the pizza I recieved was still wrong. The counter clerk went back to speak to the manager and I was told I can get a store credit or another remake. I was furious. I told told them after waiting an hour and 40 minutes I want a refund. This place is a complete joke.

Wanted to try the taco pizza but what I got was nothing even close to being anywhere near being a taco, I got no lettuce no tomatoes no taco sauce, they literally gave me a hamburger pizza and it was nasty.

I ordered multiple times, and never I got yelled by an employee or questioning what I said multiple times because my accent until today... They have an excellent menu but the manners trying with customer on the phone today was awful..... ?

I love their pizza and the prices are good.But never order a calzone expecting one because you get Luke a pizza folded in half with no ricottacheese.Also snappy tomato makes theirs the same way so if your expecting a real calzone don't order one from here or snappy tomato!
Great pizza, great prices and great service. The majority of the time I go in there the owner is there, he always greets me anytime I come in and treats me with respect, my food is always ready when they say it is and it’s always good… I honestly can’t say a single bad thing about them

Everytime I go call something in they tell me it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. But when I get there it’s never ready and I have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I know this a first world problem and I shouldn’t be this upset over it but it’s the principal of it. Plus the girl at the cash register wouldn’t answer my question as I asked her at least 12 times while waiting for my order to come up that was supposed to have been ready 20 minutes ago. Luckily Pizza Hut is coming out with the Detroit Style next Friday so looks like I’ll be having Pizza Hut
