Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

So why is it so many businesses fail? Attention to detail. You are ONLY chicken. How can I order lemon pepper wings and get ZERO seasoning? Worst part it was a Door dash order. Seriously you have one job. Cook and sauce wings. The manager there must be new to guest service. To pay almost $30 before tip for wings that are undercooked and ZERO seasoning is unbelievable. The fries I can understand don't travel well. First time with these guys. The only positive note I can make is the Jalapeno Cilantro sauce is pretty good.Check your orders. Your LAZY employees/manager are ruining your business.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Ordered two 16 bone in on door dash, the wings were not crunchy at all and very little sauce, the curly fries were like rubber. Will never order from here again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Was not happy with the wings. I like my wings crunchy and there was nowhere I could relay that while ordering online. No comment box or a option to check on how you like your wings cooked. So I was not surprised when the wings came way under cooked. I have bought raw wings at the store that looked as cooked as these. Also this place is not it's own restaurant. It's just Chilies.

Terrible service, customer service, and delivery. The food is great( the 1st time i tried it). They never answer the phone. My second time ordering for delivery was a nightmare again. I placed an order at 8:39 explain to me why at 10:50 they send me a message canceling my order due to driver unable to finish the delivery. Now it is totally unacceptable the time frame. No one in the restaurant answer the phone for 2 hrs. Uber eats never amsw the phone. I am fighting to get at least a refund. Still on the phone and it's an hr after the last update. This is ridiculous .

Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.

Rock hard chicken meat. Ordered 50$ worth of wings not realizing it was from chillis and they were so incredibly hard i can not stress that enough! I got a refund but the whole thing was a huge inconvenience since it was half and hour to get there and another 30 mins back for buffalo sauce and "stones." The fries were cold enough to use as ice in my sweet tea. Its the worst chicken and fries i have ever eaten. Even checkers has better food than here and its much cheaper.
