We ordered at 6:40 pm, told to pull around by double doors to wait for our order. At 7:07 pm my husband went in and not only was our whole order wrong, classic sandwiches were soggy and undercooked! The manager was called and started yelling at my husband when he told her how our order was incorrect! My daughter went in at that point to tell my husband to just get a refund, and all I could hear (from outside) was the manager screaming like a lunatic! I went in and told her she was the only one I could hear screaming from outside! At that point she threw her headphones down, and put her fists up like she was going to hit my daughter. My daughter began video recording her and her lunatic self, while I called the sheriff! She refused to correct the order, screaming for us to get out of her store, without even a refund of $48.27! The sheriff arrived and got our money back! The manager was LaShonda! That manager was in no way shape or form management material!

I picked up a late dinner for my family. They gave me the wrong type of chicken. They made my 8 piece up of what they had left on the shelf. No sauces for my tenders that I ordered. Got my sides incorrect abs the biscuits were like rocks. Really disappointed as I usually rave about this location.

The chicken just tasted like black pepper. The drumsticks were very small. And the service at the counter was horrible. The lady rushed me to place my order and had a snotty attitude.
I stop by there on my way to the hospital the service and atmosphere was great l got my order fast and out the door I went. Once I got to the hospital and was ready to eat I open up the box and saw Everything in there was Over Cooked and Dryed Up. The cashier was Extremely helpful, as was the young lady that gave us our food and our sauces. The restaurant was clean. The chicken was well cooked, tender and juicy - and Good! It was a positive dining experience!
