On Aug 30 around 3pm, I visited my local KFC in Ocala. I went through the drive-thru and I ordered the chicken strips by themselves with barbecue sauce. The male employee who was at the window led a big belch when he opened the window right in front of me. He proceeded to take my card and did not tell me the amount he was charging me, and gave me the card back with the food. I was in a hurry so I had no time to check the food or anything. When I got home, the chicken strips were 90% breading and a paper thin amount of chicken. Also, one of these chicken strips was broken in half so I actually received two and a half strips. He charged me $9.30 just for the strips with no meal. I believe this employee stole from me and I have called the corporate number and also send them a message through the KFC website. All I got was someone from India who can barely speak English and also canned emails just offering me a voucher. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this location the employees are dishonest and the food is garbage as best.

The chicken is extremely small. The supplier is not supplying the correct chicken. I spent $14 for a three-piece that I could get at Walmart for half the price. The prices are excessively high for the small product that they're serving. All sides are instant and pre-packaged. The biscuits are extremely small. All the service I saw from the understaffed store was excellent. I don't understand why they have two cooks and only two girls running the front counter and the window .understaffed!!!

My dad and I ate here a few nights ago. The inside was super clean! The staff was awesome. I cant remember the two gentlement that were working but they were awesome ('Mitchell or Nelson or Mike?) cant remember their names but they were friendly and my visit was great. Highly reccommend this location!
