I had the Newyorker sandwich. It was magnificent! The young woman at the counter was very polite. Their lemonade was a little weak but good. We will be back.

I randomly came upon this place about a month ago and I'm really glad I have. I've already tried French dip and Mac and cheese here and it's really good. I do gotta say I wish the mac and chesse was a bit bigger but it's worth the taste. The servers are very calm despite the random bursts of customers they get. If you're craving delish subs, soups, and spuds (potatoes), come down here. The price range seems to range around $20-$40 but it's generally worth the price. Plus, they allow you to combine drinks and have three different syrups: black cherry, strawberry, and peach. Black cheery I heard is the strongest, I personally like the strawberry with lemonade. The managers are also very hands on deck and work with the employees instead of leaving them to deal with the rush alone. Also they do catering, take out, and are very door dash friendly.Parking: Huge parking lot in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs available and are very calm and collective whenever it comes to children. Plus there's kids drinks, menu, and cookie.

Had a very pleasant experience while at McAllisters today… food was very good as always. However, I want to give a shout-out to an employee. While waiting to order, a young lady was taking an elderly gentleman’s order. He was, obviously, hearing impaired and quite slow in placing his order. She showed so much patience and was so sweet to him… I was very touched by her actions. When we left, I went over to her and commended her for her kindness and told her it made me so proud of her. I hope she dosen’t mind.. I asked her name and she said Maya. FYI… McAllisters! You have a real gem working there… hope you show her your appreciation.

I order from McAllister‘s at least two-three times per week. Everything that I have tried from there has been fantastic. My only problem is that when you order through their website, you can’t order a bowl of chili or a bowl of certain soups without having to order it through the Pick Two option. There are many times that I or more coworkers only want a bowl of chili or soup without having to buy it with another item. I reached out to the location about this annoying issue and they claim that it’s something that they cannot fix. I don’t understand how they don’t have the capability to have something fixed on their own website to make it easy for people to order exactly what it is that that they want. The food is delicious, but we really wish that they would just do what is necessary to make this change in their website so that we can order from their website just as easily as we can order from the location and physically go to pick it up. We get a short lunch break, so delivery is what we prefer. It doesn’t make much sense. If it’s your business, you should be able to make those changes so the customer can something without having to order something else with it. I’m pretty sure it can be fixed.
Always enjoy the chicken Caesar wrap with the macaroni and cheese. My wife has the ham and cheese melt with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup.. highly recommend.. they have an app and you can earn reward points. They also offer a military discount

The people behind the counter are either lazy or oblivious. A line of people ready to order and only one register open taking orders. The food is good, but the service is lacking every visit. Stop starring at the customer and start assisting.
