First time here and not impressed. My Mc Chicken Deluxe was so small for what you pay or at least the person decided to make it that way. Smooched tomatoes that looked bad, barely any lettuce. They can do a better.

I’m very confused on who thought it was funny to give a child nothing but PICKLES in their 6-piece chicken nugget kids meal.

It’s sad to say but don’t go to this McDonald. They spent so much time and money on rebuilding this store but with bad food and service they won’t survive. I went to get my lunch at 11am yesterday and it went from bad to worst. I had no problem ordering through the drive through but then I moved to the pay window and was completely ignored. The woman that was at the register just did not acknowledge I was there at all, I kept waiting and she never looked at me she just ignored that there was an individual waiting to pay. Since I waited for several minutes with no response I moved to the pickup window and was able to pay there. I was handed my food and drink and drove to work (5 minutes away on 33rd Ave) opened the bag to eat and the fries were stone cold, the burger was warm at best, the cheese wasn’t even remotely melted, the burger roll was stale and they didn’t give me a straw for the drink. If this is the quality of the food and service McDonalds is going to provide then I will go and spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal and I went in the bag and didn’t have hash brown then I went to eat the sandwich not minding that there was no hash brown already and then had a completely different sandwich then I wanted I received a McGriddle.
Need more people up front. Had an issue at the register that held up the line. Manager came along and fixed it.

It was the worst fast food, they delivered everything to us in pieces and the potatoes were filled with inedible oil, the hamburgers were all crushed and in disarray, and we ordered sugar-free lemonade for my daughters and everything was horrible, one glass half empty and the other full and all watered down on my daughters' hamburgers. daughters with nothing, cold meat (now let's move on to the service. It was a poorly groomed colored lady who yelled at people and a girl with the phone walked at 3 donkey speeds SLOW SLOWER AND STOP AND RUDE TO CALL there were even already people complaining PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN HIRING PEOPLE BECAUSE BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS CUSTOMERS DO NOT RETURN AND BUSINESS FALLS

This experience was excellent and truly exceptional. The employee that helped me order was perfectly wonderful. She also delivered my food to me kindly & quickly with a sweet attitude. It was exceptional. I will seek this location out whenever in Ocala.
