This location always has good tasty food and good service, the whole place is really well taken care of, really busy street tends to make going out to the main road a very interesting time though, specially during rush hour.

I'm not one to complain but first of all, they got my order wrong and then offered me nothing else but a sorry for the inconvenience. When I tried to add rangoons to see if maybe they would add them by courtesy, they still had the audacity to discount 10% and charge me them! No sense of feel for their customers!

About 5 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up my online order I got an email from panda express saying it was unable to transmit my order to the location but sent it to a backup server. I showed the manager this email and his response was well you can just order it again. This was no fault of my own but I had to go get in the back of the line after scheduling my order hours in advance. Nothing against the staff at the location. They were great but this is very poor customer care by the manager.

As a over the road truck driver I've been to many Panda express restaurants but Ocala is the worse!! Food taste horrible an lack seasoning. $27 worth of bad food, pissed me off that me an wife should have went to either restaurant beside it!!

We go here for dinner pretty often but they always give us like 2 sauces for like 8 egg roles. So today we did a Mobil order put we wanted all the sauces and extra extra sweet and sour and teriyaki. Got home 30 mins away and have no sauce. Dry egg rolls and dry teriyaki beef.So we called them and the manager working Sunday feb 4,2024 at 6pm was incredibly rude. The most insincere I’m sorry about that. And nothing els. So when we asked what can you do about this(my step dad is to nice, she did not deserve it) she said well maybe we can give u like a egg roll your next time BUT you should have said somthing when they wer packing it. First off that’s not our job second off it’s ur responsibility to get the order right and if it’s not you make it right. Half our dinner is ruined. We said forget your egg roll will talk to the higher ups. She said ok thanks and hung up. Iv been a shift manager in many places and that would never fly. If this is her first time she needs to be taught how to handle customer service otherwise she dosnt deserve her job. No sauces was annoying, but honestly expected. But the “managers” response is what makes me not want to eat there anymore. And we spend 80 every time we go so y’all lost out on a good paying customer.

I wish that their noodles were better, and their crab Rangoons are just "meh"! But their shrimp entrees are the bomb!!! The service was on point however!!!!Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of options for kiddos! And finger foods!!!

We order from Panda Express Regularly Placed and picked up the order in Ocala, FL. Went thru drive thru and associate said I must come inside as order wasn’t ready, Asked if they would bring it out when ready and was told NO, Got home was given. no condiments, plates or plastic forks, though i specifically asked for extra sweet/sour, teriyaki, and soy in app, Called Mgr, at 6:15pm on 2/4/24. She was rude and said I should have made sure the order was right before I left. Said she would comp me an egg roll if I decide to come back in, disappointed in the service and the discourteous attitude!
