This is the 2nd week in a row we ordered pizza and they screwed up our order, the first time we paid for delivery fee and tip and had to go pick up the pizza even after they charged us a second time for delivery fees?! They were supposed to credit us back our money and they did not , so obviously we are trying to give them another chance tonight and they did the same exact thing!!!!! And this time the pizza we picked up after their screw up once again, it wasn’t what we ordered !!!!! Surprised? Nope !! So now they screwed us out of a free pizza last week , they did it again , we will never again order

Ordered on app for carry out , got to the location and they said a delivery driver took it so they were going to re make my order fresh, waited in parking lot for about 45 minutes. Come home didn't give me the correct dessert I ordered cookie and got cinnamon rolls and the pizza is burnt and looks like it was two different pizzas put together different crust and they wouldn't fit together so I'm definitely not eating it.

Worst pizza EVER !!! $26.00 for 2 medium burnt up pizzas ! One only had cheese on it and the other had mushrooms and onions. I think they took one mushroom and sliced it up paper thin ! Still looking for the onions !!How can anyone screw up a pizza this badly ?!?! What an embarrassment to serve this . I called to tell them about this and they said they can remake them or have the “manager” Michele call me back TOMORROW !??♀️ All done with Pizza Hut !

Ordered online and waited 20 min. to leave to pickup so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. Paid for my order and was told ot wasn't ready yet. Waited more than 30 min.watching one guy (same guy that checked me out, pull items from the oven, box them and put them in the warming oven when another employee asked me what I ordered went to the ovens and didn't see that my order was being cooked. Turns out my pizzas had been put in the warming ovens quite a while before that instead of given to me. The pizza's were dry and tough with hardly any cheese. Won't be going bac as this is the 2nd time I've had this happen at this location

This pizza hut is delivery or pickup only. They always have my order ready within the time frame they give me. It's great food, hot and fresh, and the service is great.
Ordered delivery tonight with special instructions because my son was taking a nap and my puppers are loud when anyone’s at the door. Delivery person was super sweet and left treats for my pups and delivered as I asked. Thank you so much to who delivered receipt says Ann so thank you ? ❤️

Placed 2 online delivery orders. One for me, one for my parents house. They decided to send both orders to my folks. Driver called all like my bad, cold pizza is on the way! He sounded relieved when I said nah, lets just refund it. Calling the store, they said my paid online order was paid in cash. This store is not what it use to be. Sad, it was one of the few reputable pizza places left in this area, and now that too is history.
