We ordered through the Pizza Hut website, and instead of having Pizza Hut drivers, this store has started to use Door Dash for their deliveries. The driver forgot part of our order. We called the shop and were told the driver left behind part of the order they were supposed to come back in for because their hands were "too full to take it all" - it was a big order - but they never went back in to get the rest of the order. The store had the rest of the order there, waiting, and we had to have someone from our family go and pick up the rest of the order ourselves. The folks at the store were very apologetic, so this isn't about them, but about the owner who has chosen not to pay an employee to do the delivery , but rather an outside agency.Frankly, if we had wanted to have Door Dash deliver our food, we would have ordered through the Door Dash app. Suffice to say, we won't be ordering Pizza Hut for delivery any longer.

Ordered the pizza at 450p for my 89 yr old mother, as a treat. The pizza was in the oven at 5p but was not delivered until 7 by DoorDash. At 620p my mother called letting me know the pizza had not arrived. So, I called the customer service number and he could not find order, kept making excuses for late delivery, made no apology, and offered no solutions. Called the store 3 times with no answer. Finally someone answered on the 4th call, told me I called the wrong line, and hung up on me. DoorDash finally delivered the 2 hr old pizza at 7p. Cost including tip was 39.03. I don’t typically write reviews because sometimes stuff happens, but this was so so so bad.

Went to pick up order after ordering online they forgot my wings said it would be 30 minutes before the pizza was ready because they had no cook!!! People were in line arguing to the cashier about their orders. Employees were upset because they had no cook so they were complaining about this and not getting along. I really hope they get things straightened out. I never even got a receipt.

Whoever they just hired for night shift doesn't know how to read orders. Multiple times in a row. This particular store has an idiot working in the kitchen.
