just wanted Cinnabon . If you are craving a Cinnabon do not go to this pilot! Although they wear "courteous customer service" tags...NO SUCH LUCK AND A TOTAL FAIL! I was the Only one in line and the person behind the counter would NOT EVEN LOOK UP. It was like a stand off at the Cinnabon counter. She refused to take food orders, I left empty handed....she won!Note: the PILOT itself was a five star!And sorry, it sucks to be HANGRY for a Cinnabon. Easiest pilot to steal from, hands down. Employees will go out of their way to discourage you from buying things and giving you service. Witness a woman shrug her shoulders when confronted with a customer whose gas pump told them to come to the front desk. They also leave showers purposely uncleaned out of sheer laziness to prevent more people from using them. My recommendation is to walk in and grab anything at will and flip off the staff on the way out, they will only thank you and tell you have a nice day.

The bathrooms in here were pretty clean which is way better than most gas stations. Their service was good too.

Came here twice in one week great store inside has a Cinnabon and a Wendy's! Super friendly staff very clean well maintained bathrooms coffee area and gas station.

Ocala location is a complete mess. Construction everywhere. Gravil even in the store. Slow checkouts. ONE PERSON working counter.

The employees are so nice . I asked a lot of questions about prices ( which they didn't know off hand and they were so accommodating to stop what they were doing to check ) it's 1am and they were all in great moods. It was just nice to see somebody willing to do a little extra to assist me.

A quick stop for a restroom break. And I have to say, this was the absolute cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a "truck stop" in a long time. Yeah, convenience store items for keeping you snacked and drinking on the highway. Sodas, coffee, water, juices. Salty, sweet, hot dogs and other stuff from the rollers. The cashier is behind a sheet of plexiglass for proper social distancing and the checkout was contactless. The gas pump area is tidy and there was a squeegee that helped get some of those stupid bugs off my windshield. Thanks, Pilot. As good as it gets! [Review 13243 overall, 560 of 2020.]
