Its fried chicken not rocket science we Ordered a family meal and 16 wings and 3 drinks and took these idiots 48 mins to make fast food.... there was nothing fast about it and the attitude I got when made a complaint was ridiculous nothing but attitude from the stupid staff....and these idiots want 15/hr lol I wouldn't give these people 5/hr we will never go back to this place if I could give negative stars I would we will just go out of our way to get chicken from another place

Waited 25 minutes to place and get my order. Service sucked, the way my order was taken was rude. They have bad customer service, no hospitality, & I was missing stuff from my order. Tried calling them, they don’t pick up the phone. This is a perfect spot to go to if you want to waste your time and money.

The young lady that works at the front by the name of Cyndia as the manager stated her name was very unprofessional and very rude. Her POS system wasn't working correctly and couldn't do what it needed to do so she decided to get upset with me and wanted to argue with me about me counseling my order. The manager came out didn't really do much about her behavior and basically she continued to want to tongue fight. I would not recommend this location with the type of treatment unprofessionalism and disrespect.

Chicken tenders were fried so hard I could not eat them even after I dipped them in a sauce. Fries were soft and old tasting. Service from staff was great but food was not good!

I only received half my online order thru the drive thru and when I went back around to get the rest of my food that I didn't receive I get told I’m lying and I’m a liar. Between associates that can’t package an order right or comprehend what items are missing from an online order even after you’ve repeated yourself three times. I felt like I was in crazy town especially how this associate interrupted every time stating how she knows she put it in there and I’m lying. If this is how Popeyes runs a business I sincerely feel bad. Hopefully someone in the right place sees this and corrects this/coaches this associate because I can say I for one won’t be returning any time soon and I love popeyes so what a shame. The associate was a very rude B/F with short red hair/super mouthy. The date was 3/21/24 time was roughly 6:30pm.

We have ordered from the remodeled store3 times and have had 3 wrong orders or missing items. 1st order, missing wings when I got home. 2nd order, missing 2 chicken sandwiches but got extra chicken. 3rd order, got home and had 2 sandwiches missing and an extra macaroni and cheese in the bag. Went back and the lady in the back is yelling she made them. Well, you all need to check your orders.Food is always good but every order we get from here and the 40 location is missing items.
