This is by far the worst Popeyes in the country. The last three times I ordered from there the order has had issues. This last time they claimed to deliver my food and it never was delivered. Last time they forgot an item and the time before they gave me the wrong order. I am done with this and will make sure no one else in my family or friends go there. It is a shame because we all had high hopes when they opened but for some reason they do not know how to hire honest and good workers.

Food was not fresh. I ordered chicken tenders, fries and a biscuit. Chicken was cold (definitely past the hold time), fries were very greasy and cold ( had to have been sitting for a while) and lastly the biscuit, it was dry and very “done”. Disappointed ?

Worst location ever .. 630pm I was told it would be ½ hour B4 they open. In 2022, I have only gotten 2 successfully completed meals from at least 10 attempts to eat there... Always out of something or closed during posted hoursUpdate.. today 3.24.2023 cashier got bad energy because I ordered 3 wings and biscuit, a regular fish and lemon blueberry pie... She was determined to make wings a meal AND charged me for a drink I said I didn't want , and I declined an apple pie when the lemon blueberry was unavailable... She shoved my refund at me and slammed the window... Got home and had a spicy fish smh

We stopped by for a fast lunch. Service was extremely slow and not very friendly. When we finally received our food it was very good. They were not that busy and to at least being friendly and welcoming would have made you feel welcome.

The popeye's location in Bellview, Ocala, Florida needs to be closed. Twice they have given out my order to someone else. This was the last straw. I am sick & tired of their horrible attitudes & terrible customer service. Screwing up everyone's orders all the time. Also, getting in touch with their customer service is the worst. They better return my money that I never received.

Absolutely horrible experience and corporate has been called the store was marked open online and confirmed by corporate that they should be open. I saylt in drive through with no response. I then called the store and they answered (why would you answer the phone if your closed) they told me they where closed and immediately hung up. I began to drive around the building and smelled weed. I stopped and asked the worker oh y'all can close early to smoke? The store manager responded I'm the manager and we can do whatever we like call corporate B***h. Will only be returning to location to ensure employee has been terminated.

Food was good but the wait time for a 3 pc box and 1 sandwich was 30 minutes (inside) 4 people walked out bc the employee behind the counter wouldn't even take orders. Maybe it wasn't her job? I saw 2 employees actually "working". They need more people and probably better managers. Also, the lobby tables were unclean, NO ice tea and not a napkin to be found. They should close the front door and do drive up only until they can hire proper help...right by the interstate too!

5:30 pm week day, We wanted to eat in, but was turned away for DT services only, 4 vehicles waited 45 minutes could not back up or turn around (normally when you are told to use the DT its faster) NOT... THE FOOD WAS NASTY!!!! I've never had anything bad from popeye's I don't know What happened but they need to
I've been to the drive-thru a few times but never gone inside. The drive-thru is always super slow so I never go if I'm in a hurry. The employees working the drive-thru are always nice but typically seem a bit frazzled so I imagine they are just short staffed, overworked, and probably underpaid.

Not the place to go if you are in a hurry. I had 3 cars in front of me at the drive in and waited almost 20 minutes to get my sandwich which was not worth the wait, a little soggy. No apologies for long wait, people working in kitchen without gloves or hair covers.

On the road working and stopped here for some lunch. No shade to Popeyes (which I love) but the lady working the cash register was probably the worst form of customer service that I have ever experienced. The lady was a short African -American lady with two gold teeth in her mouth. From the time I greeted her all the way to receiving my order was very nasty and rude. I believe I was the first customer of the day as well. Really wish I had a body cam on so people could view and hear how nasty she was. My food was ok but she left a sour taste in my mouth for revisiting this particular location. Wouldn't want her working at my establishment.

The service literally sucks like there's no reason we should wait an hour every single time we order AHEAD. They're the slowest "fast food" we've ever been to -500/10 literally. but Popeyes food is too good
