I wanted to love this place, but they seriously missed the mark. I ordered strawberry milk tea & ended up with red bean milk tea. I also ordered the beef ramen, which lacked flavor. The beef used was poor quality with excessive gristle. I also tried the pork gyozo. They were the only thing I ordered that I actually enjoyed.

Good food, however from recent visit horrible customer service. Went and purchase a couple drinks and an appetizer. The drinks weren’t cold enough so I asked nicely to get it colder. The lady in the back was very rude and was yelling things like “WHAT DO THEY WANT NOW” went to go get my drink and I saw the lady made a trainee cry. Horrible.

Great place for ramen. My favorite is the chicken katsu ramen and tonkotsu ramen. My wife loves the chicken hibachi. Can't go wrong to visit this place if you like ramen highly recommend ?

We went there with my husband and our son who was visiting from other state. My husband ordered tonkatsu and my son ordered the classic. We expected the broth to be more authentic. It was not so flavorful and only thing they liked was the pork belly, tender and meaty not so much fat. I had the takoyaki. It was like fried mochi with a small piece of octopus. The frozen one bought at store is much, much better soft inside and more meat. Sorry for this comment, hope it gets better
