I recently enjoyed lunch at Sabores, just off 25th Avenue in a little plaza a block north of the Boulevard. The ceviche was delightful -- so were the plantain chips and the fresh smoothie. They're open for breakfast and lunch, and they also do catering. Recommended!

Zero stars if possible. This is the worse place I have ever eaten at. Let’s start by the unprofessional, rude staff that they have. They talk bad and mock customers like they know that there would be no repercussions for their actions. I was sitting there eating and a lady came in asking why they charged her daughter $4.00? for two cans of coke instead of a two liter coke that the customer requested, the employee was absolutely out of line and rude with the 3 girls. The two employees that were going back and fourth with this customer even called them the B word when they were leaving. I have never experienced this kind of disrespect ever especially when the lady was just asking a question. I would never eat there or recommend this place to anyone. To the owner you need to be careful with the kind of people you have representing your business. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. 9/26/2021

I found this restaurant today and will never order from here, as I was ordering my food a mouse ran by my feel. Omg I didn’t kno where to run to. The people that work there are so rude I told the girl what just happened and she asked me what did I want her to do about it. That if I wanted to I can just leave the restaurant wow great customer service!

Omg! First time going…I was not able to even be inside not even 10 seconds. There was a truly huge foul unpleasant scent at the restaurant. Smelled like sewage dark waters, something clogged?! Idk! But there was no way I could stay inside, never the less try the food. Perhaps maybe this is a temporary problem based on the past good reviews? But personally, I am not going back. I honestly felt like throwing up on my way out of how bad the smell was…

The cuban sandwich was really good and tasty, we also ordered q ceviche mix but the brought a ceviche fish, then later the waitress informed me that they didn’t have ceviche mix so she couldn’t change the plate. How can you advertise something that you don’t have and its in the menu? Sound to me that they didn’t want to waste the plate they mistakenly prepared. So I said no. Sorry for the kitchen’ people. The waitress was a sweetheart, super kind. The place was really hot, you couldn’t feel the air conditioner. My rating would have been 1 but the waitress’ service and the Cuban sandwich earn some points.

Service is great. The food is not has almost no flavor...very overpriced, and it smelled like a backed up drain when we walked in. If you know what good Latin food tates like you will be disappointed. If you don't, go for it.

All the tables are clean and ready for customers.The waitress and the staff week that visibly saw us greeted us, and said hello and took of all our needs.I was excited to see what they had to offer and they did not disappoint.In fact the waitress was well-versed in all of the products and offered different regional versions of that food. There was one food in particular where she said you can have it in Venezuelan style or another style.One particular item which I enjoyed in several other restaurants is a ropa vieja, And they did an excellent job of making it.We will be returning to taste some more of the different variety of foods they have.

On our way home from a disappointing anniversary weekend in Daytona, where there was not one good meal to be had... I looked up places we would pass to get home. Most Latin restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday... Thankfully not this one! The food was AMAZING! FLAVOR ON POINT! Pulled up, walked in to the whole staff smiling and happy to be there, ordered simple foods like red beans and rice, Cuban sandwich, and steak tacos... Everything was great! The star of the show however was the arepas! Talk about flavor! This was by far the best one I've ever had! The owners were super friendly and you could tell that they enjoy what they do! Keep it up whatever it is you are doing, because you've got a great place! Thanks for the great food, sweet tea, and hospitality!

Staff is very nice and friendly. Food was delicious we just move here a few months ago and we were looking for a good Latin restaurant we definitely recommend it

Place is a little hidden gem. Food was amazing, we had Peruvian and typical bandeja Paisa. A little pricey for the type of food and small restaurant, we were 3 adults plus sodas about $84. An 18% tip was charged automaticallyI'm comparing prices from Miami to Ocala. We use to buy Colombian food for 5 adults , plus drinks and empanadas and we would spend about the same amount.

Great atmosphere, dairy Queen and kept up. The waitress was friendly and attentive towards all my needs. The food was fresh and delicious and spot on. They offered different regions for foods made.Take for instance the lechon Venezuelan style but they also mentioned they could make it and different style as well. We will be back
